Shelfs are empty. No linens. No dishes. Clothes racks are empty. I ask why they don't have any inventory. 3 employees sranding at front conversing with no work to do, and the answer I get is they don't have anyone to process the donations.???

Very rude manager! Doubled price when we went to check out then argued with us about their mistake after making us wait 20 mins.

Took our donations to the back door. The staff came with carts while we unloaded. Very pleasant and helpful 5 stars.

I love going to this store, but the prices are getting so high like your are buying it new from store .You get it give to you .Why do you charge so much for things . My sister the other day pick out a shirt to buy and it was price $16.99 wow and ask a worker if it was right .She took in the back and ever got back with her about it .I just like to know why you charge so must for stuff when it is gave to you free

Love this location! Very sweet workers with very kind customer service skills mostly! The girl Courtney is the only downside and thats why I only rated 2 stars. She's EXTREMELY RUDE and was disgustingly a "b word" about an error with one of the tags on an item I was purchasing. Even though the cashier was polite with her she had an attitude with them AND ME !!!! Avoid her at all costs please don't waste your time and ask for a different manager. I'm pretty sure she's only there for the discount and probably free stuff from the store because shes too young looking to be in a manager position! How that happened when they seem to have much more capable people to fill the position, I'm not sure why. I love the items they get here always something cool DAILY!!!! Will be visiting again and I hope no further issues arise from management.

Great sales , a lot of quality goods to choose from. I do not like not having a restroom to use, not very customer friendly when it comes to no restroom.

It would be nice to know what time this place really closes through the week. It was originally posted online as 8 PM and also on the window at the store. Recently the online hours have been changed to 6 PM and a paper message posted on the store front glass shows 6 PM. I called last week and was told I could drop off a few donations as long as I did it before 6. I arrived at the store at 5:50 and there was 3 sets of hours on the door- 8 PM, a white piece of paper with 6 PM and another hand written note that said the store would be closing at 5:45 PM. I tried the door and it was locked at my arrival 5:50. A lady inside was vacuuming the floor and paid no attention to me.Another evening toward the end of the week I swung back by this time it was 5:42. I though yes I made it in time. The door just had the regular sign 8 PM and then the note that said 6 PM. The hand written note about 5:45 was gone but guess what the door was locked at 5:42 with no one seen at the front end. The lights were all on but door locked.I've already made two trips so I will not be making a 3rd. I will go out of my way to take the items to Salvation Army at this point instead. You really need to get the hours thing figured out. I can understand if your short staffed, etc. but if your original hours are 8 PM, your current reduced hours are 6 PM then you should not be closing at 5:40pm when you are posted as staying open until 6 PM. What a mess!
