I have always visited this place for pizza or smaller purchase. I went this time to get some changes for $5 bill. The lady at the cashier refused. She said I can only get change if I buy something.this is completely ridiculous. I left the store and went to Domino’s for change and they happily gave me the change. I will never visit this 7 eleven store again.

Had to stop here in a pickle when I ran out of gas and Kayleigh was an absolute angel and saved the day. She offered to drive me to the gas station down the road to get gas and bring it back to my car. Really restored my faith in humanity. Can’t say enough about these workers and they really are fantastic and will go out of the way for a stranger!

The mustard was way over watered down . Ruined the hotdog so didn't even both to purchase gave it back to the cashier. Food looked dried up.

Kind of iffy. Good coffee in the morning, and very friendly personnel; however, in the evening when I asked one of the cashiers about the freshness of the coffee (one of the more important aspects for a gas station IMO), she stated the company line "They are all fresh", and yet they weren't.

I ordered a pizza it tasted like charcoal I'm guessing they don't clean the oven or something the pizza wasn't burnt it just tasted like straight charcoal i had to spit it out.

I used to go into this store daily. I’d usually get a couple Red Bulls, a snack and a pack of smokes for the wife. It’s now been 20 days since I set foot into this store. And it was all over 26 cents! On April 5th around 2:20 or so, I stopped in and got a Redbull and a bag of peanuts. I was on my way to pick up my son from school, but wanted to swing by a shop downtown first and needed change to feed the parking meter. This was to main reason for going out of my way to stop at the 7-11 in the first place. So as I was paying for my things with my debit card, I asked the woman behind the counter to please break a dollar for me and give me four quarters. She refused and said it was against their policy. Even though I PURCHASED ITEMS from the store. Not like I just walked in asking for change (still not a big deal if you ask me). I said “Come on, how am I supposed to pay the parking meter?” She just shrugged her shoulders as if to say she didn’t care. So, I had to buy a chocolate covered cherry for 26 cents to get change back. Hope it was worth it? Oh well, Sheetz is only two minutes down the road.

As I walked from the cooler with my drinks, one of your staff walked into the store and coughed with her mouth wide open and not even enough sense to cover her mouth with her arm or hand. Completely disgusting especially with all that is going on with COVID-19
