Most recent vet appointment felt rushed. I told the vet a recent issue my dog has been having and she said "oh that might be of concern" but then never addressed it or followed up on it during the appointment. I called back to have someone call me about it so I could get advice and was told by the receptionist "I'm not a vet but...that's probably not a problem" yes you are not a vet I'd like to speak to a vet. No one ever called me back. A year ago when I brought dog in (i was a couple months post partum) the vet was a man and somehow it came up that I recently had a baby. The guy overtly looked me up and down and made a comment about my body looking good for just having had a baby. It made me so extremely uncomfortable. I'm sad because this place is just down the street from my house and I really wanted it to work out.

Prettyboy will take the best care of your animals. Most recently my dog needed to come in for an unscheduled visit and they were able to fit him in the next day. They always do their best and are very caring.

I've been coming to pretty boy for my 2 pups for about 2.5 years after moving to the area.
The veterinarians are very knowledgeable. They thoroughly discuss their thoughts and suggestions for plans of care. I've worked with both vets and they both have helped my dogs with issues. The vet techs and front staff are all very kind. You can tell they all care immensely about the animals.
Recently had to say goodbye to our old boy and the vet staff was incredibly gentle during that difficult time.

Pretty Boy Vet. is great!! All the staff members treat my dogs like family. There’s always nice girls at the desk ready to greet us when we walk in or say goodbye when we walk out. They have always accommodated us and got us in when needed. My Goldendoodle named August is well known around that place because of the trouble he’s gotten into! They have helped him tremendously. The veterinarians have always given both my dogs the best care and us the right advice for them. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

The folks over at Pretty Boy Vet are amazing and friendly. We just recently moved to this vet due to the positive reviews I had read. Our pet was a little under the weather and they accommodated us even though they had a full schedule. I can’t say enough good things about these folks and I suggest you give them a try.

I have to give a mediocre review, unfortunately, after several years here. We finally felt forced to switch because the practice is severely overbooked with way too many patients. Weeks or months- long waits for appointments, no responses for refill requests, and so forth. However- and this is the serious negative- when we requested records be sent to the new vet, we were completely ignored- not once, but multiple times. The new vet tried to get them, we tried to get them weeks in advance- nothing. This happened with both our dogs. When we finally demanded them AT THE APPT, they only sent a few things- not even the vaccine records!! I finally dug up a copy in my email or my dog would have missed multiple important vaccines because they were mad we were leaving and couldn’t be bothered.Very unprofessional and unethical.
