Loved my first yoga class at this studio in Frederick!I took the vinyasa class, and I think they have aerial yoga too.

Yogamour began as a non-profit in 2012 with the mission of bringing the practice of yoga and mindfulness to underserved and marginalized communities as an adjunct tool for healing. The Studio which opened in 2018 is located in Frederick, Maryland and offers public classes, workshops and trainings. Programs include 40 and 240 Hour Trauma-Informed Yoga, Social Justice and Leadership Teacher Training. Our trained, experienced and certified facilitators continue to bring yoga and mindfulness programs to our communities locally and globally as tools for healing and self-regulation through the Yogamour Outreach Programs.
