Got up this morning, and found both my mobile and laptop are back to normal with E-Mail downloading! Jerry, you hit the nail on the head - i was thinking that Xecunet's E-Mail server being full of undeleted old messages might be the problem. But over the past few days i couldn't even get Webmail to display *any* messages, let alone all those old ones. Thanks to Andy, Jerry, and all the other Xecunet Geniuses for such a quick, spot-on diagnosis and super-speed fix. I've been with Xecunet for a long time, and you can consider me a loyal proponent. Large parts of that are due to your exceptional Customer Service and Technical Support Staff!Thanks for running a classy outfit - You All Rock!

IT problems are a given if you have a computer and use it. Having a company on call when you have an issue is a must- having a company that responds immediately and knows your system and who you are is priceless. It is almost worth having a problem just so you can have a prompt IT solution coming at you from someone who likes what they do.

I use Xecunet as my webmail provider. My company, Benefit Masters has been with them for over 10 years and there has never been a time where we could not reach a live person immediately (24/7) and soon thereafter received resolution to any problem we have had. Not to mention the fact that any tech issues have been few and far between on a day to day basis. Love their "Can Do" attitude. I would recommend Xecunet to any small, medium or large company!
