Thought it was a cigarette tobacco store but was just a pariphanailia store. I should have done more research. Both the gentlemen were welcoming and kind!

Good selection of kratom when in a pinch! Very knowledgeable, kind and helpful manager as well. Helped me find what I was looking for quickly. Not a huge selection on vape material though.

I never write reviews for stores but I stopped in today and grabbed the phone number from Yelp beforehand, and happened to see that the store has only two reviews, one of them being a 1-star, and felt the need to post. The 1-star review is incredibly unfair. I've been to the store twice for kratom. I normally buy online, but when I'm in a pinch, I've gone to Willie's. I'm pretty sure the same guy has helped me both times, and I don't know if it's the same dude referred to in that 1-star review, but the guy's super nice, empathetic, knowledgeable, and undeserving of those childish insults. I can't speak to their selection because I've only gone there twice for kratom, but their prices are competitive with other brick and mortar, the kratom is high quality and not cheap garbage, the guy I've dealt with genuinely listened to me, and I'm happy to give them my business. And you won't get that kinda service online, so stop in and support Frederick small businesses!

The shop reeks of cigarette smoke, most of the inventory is china glass and the man working behind the counter seemed like a redneck heroin addict.

Best quality kratom I've found in the area. Not cheap, and not a whole lot of selection, but great for when you're in a pinch. Thank you!
