I cannot say enough good things about the Wholesale Diamond Consultants! I shopped around a good bit for a ring for my now fiancé. They made the engagement ring shopping experience a million times easier and less intimidating than everyone else I spoke with. Plus, they were quick, affordable, responsive, kind, and totally transparent. And of course- the ring is perfect!

this is the most AMAZING jeweler.. I have had custom rings created, repairs and resizing and my son had the engagement ring made for his gal here. They are trustworthy and professional and really know their stuff and they CARE about their customers!

Maria and John made my parents' wedding rings and, 30 years later, made mine and my fiancé's! They are a pleasure to work with and I appreciate how they helped keep our rings within our budget. They were helpful about making all changes that I suggested to our custom rings on the 3d images they sent. Our rings turned out beautifully and I will enjoy coming back here for ring cleanings.I've recommended Wholesale Diamond Consultants to so many of my friends and family and they've had great experiences here too. Be aware that during wedding season, they may take a little longer to make, but we got ours in a timely manner.

We had an absolutely great experience with this place. First off I want to say, If your the type of person that wants to be smooshed and boozed by fake sales people who act like they really are interested in your life, all to get that sale. Not to mention the ridiculous mark up cost. This is not your place.If your looking for a a guy who REALLY knows his diamonds and his craft, John is your guy! He was knowledgeable and straight forward and honest.This place was recommended by a friend my husband works with, so we decided to check it out. John was busy with a customer and they said it would be a while, so we left and came back. We told him what we were looking for, not only did he educate us on diamonds but showed us what he had that fit our needs. He said he could have it ready in an hour! I didn’t expect to walk out the door that day with the most gorgeous ring I’ve ever seen. He worked with us on price and was just so great. We will definitely be back in the future to have something custom made by him or just to see what he has.Great place if you know what you want!

I had to get my engagement ring resized and the band was textured so I was nervous they wouldn’t be able to recreate the textured design and I am blown away at the finished product. The ring is now the perfect size and the texturing is perfect.

I normally do not leave feedback, but this place is amazing. My husband and I purchased our wedding rings from Wholesale Diamond Consultants 27 years ago. When my husband passed away two years ago, I wanted something to remember him by. His wedding ring was designed by him and had several stones and I wasn’t sure if it could be sized down (4.5 sizes) and not disturb the stones. John did an excellent job. This place is amazing.

These folks are so kind and professional. My wife had a ring created there several years ago. It is still as beautiful as the day she picked it up. She takes it there once every year or so to get it cleaned. They really go the extra mile.

I am always glad to write positive reviews when businesses provide excellent service. Similarly, I am compelled to share experiences of poor customer service. I took into consideration the many favorable reviews that led my husband and me to visit Wholesale Diamond Consultants in late March 2021. Our intent was to shop for a diamond solitaire upgrade for my wedding ring as we approach our 15-year wedding anniversary. On our first visit, we met with John. After describing the desired diamond criteria, John asked us to return in two Saturdays to look at diamonds that his supplier would get to him. When we returned, he accessed some envelopes and admitted he forgot what we asked for and said his diamond supplier hadn't sent anything we could look at. So we wasted time going to the store, even though he had previously written down what we discussed. and our contact information was provided. However, he said he should have some diamonds for us to look at by the middle of the following week, and he would call us to let us know when they arrived. The story ends by us not hearing from him since. We're very disappointed, but it's this business' loss for what could have been a major purchase of a cherished gem. I look forward to writing a positive review of our chosen jeweler.

I worked with John & Maria adding a custom designed diamond halo to add to my 16 year old engagement ring. They listened to EXACTLY what I was looking for.
