This Walmart located on buckeye town Pike & Guilford Rd. Is Not well lit on the parking lot to far left of the Store. They need more lights next to the over flow parking to the far left of the Store. ** This is a big safety hazard in the area especially for young women and children. *** Also I saw 3 different Vehicles parked on the big sidewalk which is label (No parking, Fire lane. ) They were doing this to unload their passengers who could clearly walk. Two different Vehicles we're waiting on the sidewalk over 30 minutes while another family member was shopping."** This is wrong in so many waysWalmart Management is fully responsible for letting this happen. .

There's no point in going here, considering the prices are the same or more than local grocery stores. If I go here, it's soon after opening on the weekend, when it's not crowded. Not crowded with shoppers, that is. It IS crowded with employees stocking the shelves. And boy, are they rude. They block the aisles so you can't bring a cart down the aisle. I have to park my cart far away in order to squeeze past them (which still pisses them off). Then I return to my cart only to find another disgruntled employee upset that there is *gasp* a cart right where they want to be. Why they don't have people stock at night is beyond me. It's easier on the customer and easier on the employees. My shopping trip here is already stressful due to the shelves not being well-stocked, but the pissed-off employees are icing on the cake. And it's EVERY TIME I go. What I don't understand is why the employees don't feel empowered to make this suggestion? I blame them as much as I blame management. Speak up! Don't take it out on customers.

I've never had a problem with their Auto Services before but today has a been a headache. I made a appointment to get tire serviced and the day of it got cancel however on my app it shows it's delayed and will update when the tires are at the store. Two weeks go by, still shows it's delayed. And the money was taken out the day I set the appointment. We called and get the run around. They say the tires showed up the day after I made the appointment and doesn't know why it got canceled. I want tires still but now he's saying he doesn't know what happened to the tires at all. So either someone who works there gave someone service and didn't document or they pocketed it. Now I'm trying to talk to higher up people to figure out what can be done cause I'm out of money and need tires. I wish I could give zero stars.

Friend tried to send me money through Walmart 2 Walmart, went to pick it up with pic of receipt, ID and everything needed. Walmart canceled my transaction with no explanation. Just said they couldn't give me the funds and for my friend to go get refund for his money. What a joke.

I feel a bit like a peasant having to wait 45 minutes for the Electronics department to open a case for a $10 item. Not sure why I even come here anymore. Amazon for sure next time.

They refused to balance the wheels on my BMW after countless unanswered calls to make an appointment and confirm this location had stick on weights in stock I arrived and was directed by a repair tech to go get my vehicle and pull it up to the bay. When I arrived a different tech said he cannot "lift a BMW" with this lift and they haven't serviced a BMWnin months.I immediately asked for a store manager at 1:10 PM to refund for the installation I already paid for. I was told shop manager is on lunch. I repeated my request for the store manager to be paged and I was ignored by both technicians .I asked a store clerk stocking shelves to call for their manager and they never returned. I called Walmart store customer service and after 20 minutes someone answered and said they would send a manager. No one came

Last three months now, my orders have been delayed by over three hours. Whoever Walmart is using for deliveries needs to have their contract terminated immediately. This is extremely unprofessional for a delivery driver/company. I was tipping the drivers well, but no more, no tip ever till they get their heads out of their asses.

This Walmart is trash. Constantly has coolers broken dow, Very few employees, even the self checkout lanes are broken or not open. They stock in during rush hour times and have stocking carts and boxes blocking everything. The GM of this Walmart needs to shape it up. . Just ridiculous every time

Walmart, you've lost a customer.Never again will I do Walmart pickup. I waited over an hour from the time I received notification that my order was ready for pickup and checked in via the app - only to be told they were canceling my order.When asking the staff for an update I was given a variety of excuses ranging from: are you at the right store?, sorry we're short staffed, we're not sure what's going on with your order or when you'll get it, to finally - we're canceling your order because some of the items are missing. When I asked for the partial order - I was told they were not allowed to fulfill a partial order - that it was all or nothing. The scene at pickup was chaotic, no one in charge, no one willing to solve the basic challenge of order fulfillment, and most disturbing- none of the staff really seemed to care - just lots of shrugging and 'not my fault-ing.'Will be looking for better options for elsewhere.

Nice and big location. Lotta stuff. Tho to try something on in the fitting room you have to go to customer service to get a key.. They should be someone on staff by the fitting rooms

They have idiots in their shipping dept. and/or no sense of decency in their delivery practices! I ordered for home delivery some Assurance Mens Incontinence Underwear (i.e. adult mens diapers!). When shipped, I had them delivered to my work address because I have had porch pirates lately. Anyway, check the picture to see how they were shipped! All the morons did was stick a shipping label on it and send it on it's way. To be delivered to my work site where all my coworkers could see what I ordered! They couldn't stick this in an opaque outer envelope and label it? Do they have no common decency? Not a bit of empathy, compassion, or god forbid, common sense????? Why is there no policy for shipping items that would be considered of a personal nature? Thanks, Walmart, for humiliating me in front of my co-workers! This was the LAST time I order from this company! And obviously I had to change my profile name and picture and stats but rest assured this truly happened to a 65 yr. old man. Freakin' idiots!

I was in town for work and needed groceries for my hotel room. This place was perfectly serviceable and I found most of the things I wanted.It's nothing special but it gets the job done if you need groceries. Covid protocols were very lax. Self check had me in and out in less than 20 mins. Will return.
