Pharmacy says 8am-8pm however, they close for lunch. No sign in drive through window. Kept pushing the call button and they just kept hanging up. Called store and message stated pharmacy closes for lunch. Who runs a business like this? This store sucks.

I would leave zero stars if I could, as I wasn't even serviced despite waiting for 20 minutes, and ten minutes past my so-called "appointment" timeI made an appointment for two vaccinations (covid and flu) at 630PM on a 10/6, I was instructed to arrive 10-15 minutes early, and filled out paperwork online in advance. I arrived at 620PM and was the 4th person in line at the window. I was not able to reach the window until 640, ten minutes after my appointment. I was then told that there were *six* people ahead of me and I would likely have to wait over an hour to be serviced. I had plans and could not stay, which is why I had made an appointment to reserve my time in the first place? What is the point of an appointment if it won't be honored? Staff were very dismissive of my frustrations and basically shrugged me off and said all I could do was wait. Will never return to this location, and would hesitate to return to Walgreens as a whole if this is how they do business.

If I could rate a zero I would. Meds are NEVER ready when promised. Only ONE friendly person I've ever run across. Very hard to get a person to answer the phone. And when they do answer they act like your putting them out of their way to do their JOB. I will be transferring all my and my husbands prescriptions and going to Weis on Thomas Johnson Dr. And we have a lot!! Always friendly. Items are in stock most the time and if not by the next day! Take my advice and go there!

Avoid at all costs, 40 min wait through pharmacy drive thru with 1 car in front. I then pulled up to the window to find no one there and waited 15 minutes for someone to finally arrive. No apologies, horrible customer service.

I’ve used Walgreens for my prescriptions for years and this is bar none the worst experience I’ve ever had. After the first incident of my auto-refill prescription being completely forgotten, I began calling ahead of time to ensure that it was ready on time. Even with that added precaution, on multiple occasions I come in person only to find that it is still not ready and that it has “not been entered by the pharmacist”. If you rely on your daily medications to prevent serious health issues, do not use this location to fill your prescriptions. Seek a different pharmacy.

I would give this ZERO stars it if was an option. I had been a customer over 10 plus years getting medication but unfortunately the last 5 months has been horrible not to mention it's always this one woman who answers the phone with a nasty attitude getting pissy immediately since she has to actually do her job. They constantly give out other peoples medication to people and never have prescriptions ready when they are sent in. Never had this problem before 5mons ago. I will NEVER be going there again! They need to get better management before they upset someone who has nothing to lose since they also act like they don't care about people either, especially knowing they suffer without their medication. Just a joke place now! Not to mention you will 100% wait at least 30mins in line!

I an stunned at the horrific customer service. You stand there and wait forever for someone to even acknowledge your presence. They tell you 30-40 minutes and 1 1/2 hours later, you're still waiting. They make you seem like a bother. Overall, slow and rude.

This place is a complete joke. I understand having bad customer service at a restaurant or anywhere else but this is a pharmacy. Went to pick up my medication @12 was told they weren’t ready and I would get a text message to let me know when to pick them up. I didn’t receive that message until 4pm. When I went to pick my medication only 1of my 3 medications was ready. When I asked when they think It would be ready I was made to feel as though I was a nuisance. Keep in mind the pharmacy close at 6pm. Called the urgent care and had the rest of my medication sent to cvs and picked it up 30 mins later. Please take my word for it have you medication sent somewhere else.

My family have been customers of Walgreens since 1996 and were quite satisfied for many years. However, over the past few years we have see a large decline in their service. It is taking longer to get prescriptions filled, wait times to pick up the prescription is often over 20 minutes, and we've had multiple instances where the prescription was filled incorrectly. What pushed us to finally drop Walgreens was a policy that if a prescription is backordered and takes over three days to be delivered, the fill request is dropped from their active system. When this occurs, we were told to call the pharmacy daily to see if the drug is in stock and to have the pharmacy then fill it. This happened twice at our local pharmacy. I talked to the pharmacist at two other Walgreens locations and confirmed that this is corporate policy. Putting the onus on the customer to make sure the prescription is filled is extremely poor customer relations and this policy is not in place for other local pharmacies.Note that some of the pharmacy staff are amazing. Two techs in particular at this location greet me by name and, time permitting, chat about what is going on in our lives. Kudos to them.

This pharmacy is just gone down. This is my second time trying to pick up medicine that was ordered of which I received an email that my medicine was ready for pick up. Then I show up to pick it up and it has to be ordered again. Welp, they had to order the last medicine 3 times and on the 4th, I lost it on the pharmacist on the phone. Stop giving people medicine to other customers. If you ordered it for a customer then that is who it should go too. The store manager tells me on this occurrence, she don't know why thw system sent me an email saying my RX was ready for pick up. Hell I don't know either, but someone had to hit some keys on the keyboard for that email to generate!!! Ridiculousness... CVS here I come.
