I went there to see about bra fitting and not one person acknowledged. So I went home and called and the person who answered the phone like she was home with a rude HELLO. I asked..is this Victoria Secret was YEAH so rudely so I hung up. If you want professional service go to Soma.

I went with my daughter and I couldn’t find the perfect bra. Kelly was amazing. She helped me and she was not bothered on bringing me what I needed and finding me the perfect one. Make sure to ask for Kelly next time that you visit the store. She will make your shopping experience easier and fun. Thank you Kelly.

Wouldn’t take a coupon with an obvious code in store(also coupon didn’t say anywhere where it couldn’t be used in store) just lazy, go to Montgomery mall for better customer service

While I find the product selection to be decent and the coupons always great, the customer service at this location is terrible. It seems to have gone downhill dramatically over the past couple of months, so not sure if management has changed. The employees always seem to be conversing with each other or friends that come in the store and they never actually want to help the customers. There's never anyone at a register the last four or five times I been here, and by the time someone shows up, the line is very long. I stood in line for 15 minutes yesterday while the woman who looked like a manager just stared at the line. The two girls at the register seem to have no idea how to operate them and could probably benefit from some additional training (returns, bill payments, etc). Unfortunately everyone in line ahead of me had some sort of problem and the employees seemed very lost while the "manager" just watched from halfway across the store. All of the displays are also covered in about an inch of dust, making me not want to spend $80 on a bottle of perfume when all the display tables are dirty. I know retail is tough right now, but some effort would go a long way.

Romper Room at Best,attitudes are awful and they are burdened by customers, congregating to pow wow around is more important and they treat you like a second class citizen if you are using you rewards and don't want to spend over those amounts! I spend enough on this crap that lasts one wash . The check out area is cluttered with junk and super small no room to put your purchase to be checked out .messy ! They really hate when you ask about the specials they have posted . Time to get rid of this card because they scream they don't care from corporate to the store . Turned off!

I will avoid this location is the future. Last time I went here the sales lady was so frustratingly sales pushy which I get to a point is their job but Got to the point I asked her to please stop and let me look around and she kept on going that I ended up making me leave the store before I even gotta look for everything I was intending to get. Went back today to make a return and while I was waiting in line one of the associates came over me pressuring me to not return my items when I insisted I was going to she didn’t insisted me to not return it to my credit card and to just take a store card again not what I wanted I told her that I was being pushed last time I was here and I don’t appreciate it and if she continued to push me to just get other sizes or styles but it was clearly not what I wanted… definitely welcome back to bring my business back bye VSOver over viewpoint if you don’t like pushy people don’t go here they are worse than the car salesman
