Very understanding and attentive. Completed fulll diagnostic program and explained each step. Tested the necessary parts and consulted HQ for additional tech support. Eventually arranged for an exchange at no cost and explained the next steps for the receipt and exchange of the phone. Very pleasant and excellent service. Will certainly recommend Tooba to potential customers.

Tooba was amazing at helping me fix some credits that were missing from my business account. This took a while and her team at the store was very patient. I would recommend this location if you are in the need of Mobile Verizon services.
