Please in the love of god tell me how someone was able to to walk into this store and buy 2 iPhone 15 pro maxes on my account. The signature didn’t even match from the receipt that I got on the app.Do tell me how this happened since I’m in Norfolk,VA and this happened in frederick, MD?!? The representative named Cody who authorized this transaction should be ashamed and embarrassed. All he told me was someone came in with a ID with my name and address so he didn’t know what to tell me. Well no duh sir, anyone can do that. This has to be the most unprofessional store I have ever seen.Even the fraud department took one look at the signatures and could tell.I have always been a member of Verizon for the past 8 1/2 years but this has drawn the straw for me. A complete breach of trust on this store. What a embarrassment.

In November Kody helped me for a good part of the day to help me set up my business account, upgrade my phone, transfer all my data, set up my accessories for my phone, and answer all my questions (and I had A LOT of questions). He was very kind and went into great detail on certain topics such as the difference in consumer and business accounts, the pros and cons of both and all my options, things like that etc. I very well at the end of the day came out knowing way more than when I arrived at Verizon.On December 30, I needed more questions answered regarding my account. I went directly to Kody and again was very patient and knowledgeable regarding all the questions I asked. He made sure I was taken care of and all my concerns were at ease before leaving.

Ignored me and charged $138 for it.I came in to pick up my phone and smartwatch. I repeatedly stated I didnt want them to set it up. I was told I might mess it up and the salesperson refused to allow me to have my things until he set up my watch, which turned into me completing most of the set up of my phone just so he could put an app on it. I asked for a cable to complete the last step, transfering things from my old phone to the new one. He refused to give me my own cable, took the phone from me, skipped the last step because he "shouldn't have to do that", and set up my watch. I repeatedly tried to engage with him, and asked why I couldn't do it myself, but he ignored me completely. Sat there for hours. He had me unlock my phone multiple times (I had set up my fingerprint), but wouldn't even let me hold it. He did let me hang up when my fiance called. I mean, I had expected to be in and out before he was home from work, but it really took hours.In the end of it all, I was charged for "set up and go" services on both devices and paid $137.88 for it. Services I didn't want, one that I did most of, but was still incomplete when I left. He played no part in the set up of my phone at all, unless you count skipping an important step.Its beyond frustrating to not be allowed to do these things on my own, especially since it's an optional service and costs so much.

Phillip was very busy with another customer and was taking a little longer than expected. Cody was able to assist him with my follow-up to get my IPad and turn in my trade-in phone, and he did an excellent job.

Very poor customer service. They made me sign agreement digitally w/o printing anything. Philip said agreement would come to my email but I never received anything. I thought Verizon was a big company I could trust them. But I was wrong. It’s an independent dealer and they will try anything to get you. Philip quoted me $68 a month for 25mbps internet but monthly bill came $133. I went to store many times and every time I was told they would call back. Manager Brandon, Cody & Philip they all said on diff occasions that they would call me but no one cared to ever call back. I asked for district managers contact since this store staff was not helping with this mess. But Cody said he couldn’t give out district manager’s contact info. That was super fishy!After 3+ months of patiently waiting I called cooperate and got it resolved.Totally incompetent staff which does customers wrong & refuse to help. This behavior will catch up with them soon. Word of mouth is taking place. I told all the friends and family about it & no one is ever going to that store anymore.

I purchased a new phone and mobile insurance for our family's phones with Daniel on September 8, 2023. One of our phones broke this week, and we took it to a nearby Verizon store. They took a look at our policy, and we do not have the insurance coverage Daniel sold us, which was discussed as insurance for broken phones. The insurance that this retailer charged us for and placed on our policy is for hacked mobile devices, not broken mobile devices. I was told the insurance I was purchasing was for broken phones. I'm frustrated because I've been charged a monthly fee for insurance we didn't sign up for, and now we need the coverage to fix/replace the phone, and Verizon is not giving us aid in fixing the broken device because we don't have the correct insurance.

Extremely hard/pushing sales on products you have no interest in even when you say no, loads of unexpected charges, such as charges for activation, for them to transfer the information to your phone, restocking charges. Just tons of charges you don't expect. Extremely unhelpful, customer service representatives. They just tell you unfortunately they are not able to help you. I was given conflicting stories on what they could do and what the charges would be and then they were different with the next day and the next person. There are so many other options to choose from. I highly recommend you choose a different store.

Devin was very helpful and handled multiple customers at once (was only person in the store at the time) without making us feel forgotten. He did a great job!

There is 100% a reason why the store has a one star rating. Extremely hard/pushing sales on products you have no interest in even when you say no, loads of unexpected charges, such as charges for activation, for them to transfer the information to your new phone, restocking charges.....just a ton of charges that weren't all explained to us on our first visit. We were given conflicting stories on what they could do and what the charges would be and then they were different with the next visit and the next person. Cody was able to call his GM and get a restocking fee waived when I wanted to exchange an item, but I would not have been so upset if these charges had been presented to me in the first place. I was not told exchanging an used item for a different one less than 24 hours later would result in $50 worth of restocking charges. I appreciate Cody's willingness to attempt to make me happier but transparency is what I expect on my first visit. I don't like patronizing a place that is going to try to hide fees. And I expect employees to all abide by the same policies.

Honestly a great Verizon store to go to. Quick and friendly service. Impressive knowledge and quality service as well. They know their stuff and want to help you get the best. Will be back go upgrade the wife's phone here soon

horrible!! wait time is insane. not organized at all. want to buy a case? wait till someone picks new plans and phones till your helped. should have someone to field simple needs. also employees act like you don't know anything.
