Today I visited this store to get assistance with a claim for a lost device. This is the second time I came to this store for assistance, and both experiences were incredible!
Danny was the Verizon Rep who helped me the first time I visited this store on Spectrum Drive. He spent an incredible amount of time helping me to understand how to use all of my new devices. He was patient, understanding, and extremely professional.
Today, I worked with Logan, a second Verizon Rep at this store who helped me to file my claim with the insurance company. It was an extremely difficult process for me to do at home. Logan called the insurance company directly, and he helped with every single detail of what needed to be completed in order to file the claim.
In addition, Logan and Brandon (the Verizon store manager) went through my Verizon account, and they actually managed to lower my.bill each month!
I cannot recommend this store more highly for service! I taught business education and the marketing program in the Frederick County Public Schools for 39 years, and I always stressed to my students the importance of providing excellent customer service in the business world.
These three gentlemen exemplify “outstanding customer service”! They are exactly the type of employees I encouraged my students to be when they entered the work force.
They are outstanding role models for other Verizon representatives! I highly recommend this store to any customers who need help with anything at all related to their Verizon account or their devices!
You will never find a Verizon store anywhere in the State of Maryland that will provide a better experience! ✏️???????

I can't speak highly enough about Joel. If you need guidance or have any questions at all Joel should be your go to. Joel is a "yes" man and has went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and if he didn't know he found someone that did. He took his personal
time to respond to me and answer my questions. Joel was very helpful and honestly exceeded my expectations for Verizon. I had Verizon before and never had a good experience with customer service but Joel gave me comfort. Way to go Joel! Thank you for all you have done. Switching service is always a nightmare but this time it was easy (I'm so glad that Joel was the one who helped me).

I have shopped at this particular Verizon store for many years due to their excellent customer service. Daniel did not disappoint and provided me with amazing customer service! He was kind, courteous and patient! I could not of asked for a better experience when purchasing and then setting up my new phone! I am very grateful for all his help! Thank you, Daniel!

I went in yesterday because my SIM card failed and Daniel was a huge help. He was patient and worked with me till we were able to get an authorized user to get us into the account. It took a long time and lots of phone calls to family members but he didn’t leave me stranded. I had come from another Verizon store right before that where they didn’t help me at all. My phone was completely broken and they weren’t even giving me a phone to use to call. Definitely would go back to this location if I was having issues again.

Extremely dissatisfied. I came into the store yesterday March 17th 2024 to upgrade my IPhone 13 Max Pro to an IPhone 15 Max Pro. I was “assisted” by Joel Rivera. I was told of the balance I had to pay off in order to upgrade which was fine, however I was not told of the additional fees I would be charged. Without my knowledge, I was charged for a $64.99 screen protector, a charging block, and a “setting up fee” that was never discussed in terms of the cost, NOR was it necessary. This all totaled to be $255.66 - The entire process was extremely rushed and I was not informed of any financial details aside from the balance I had to pay off. I will never be coming back to this store for any future upgrades.

Cody was super helpful with my upgrade and transferring my phone over. The process took a while but he still made sure to check on us. Very professional and nice.
