The owner showed us so many interesting pieces, told us about the artists that made them, and was incredibly personable and professional. “I Had a great experience at Victory Vaporz ! I needed a new mod on Saturday 01/29/2022 and Kind of knew what mod I wanted. I wanted a new Geekvape Aegis that fit some old coils I had. I had with me a newer version that simply did not fit all the coils I had.Unfortunately I have some difficulties with words and had forgotten to bring the coils I wanted to use with me. Kiley was at the counter and she was super nice and helpful. She never rushed me nor made me feel badly even when I got rather confused and lost in my words.Instead of feeling badly , I ended up buying what I wanted (the Aegis Boost plus, 49.99 plus 5.99 in tax) with an assurance that if I did not use the item and it was the wrong item I could return it. She even upsold me to the loyalty program, which will save me a bit of money over time!The price I paid for the mod was fair, and I appreciate how clean, wide open and well lighted the store was! The prices on the other items, coils and juices seemed quite fair and reasonable. Kiley's knowledge of various coils was quite impressive as well !I will be back , great job folks!”
