“Great selection of juices, devices, and whatever else you may need. Employees are always helpful and polite. Wish they had a loyalty/rewards program though. Tobacco Hut is closer to my house but I often go out of my way a few more miles to a competitor because they have a great rewards program that gives me pretty regular discounts. Regardless, this is a great shop.”

“I Had a great experience at Victory Vaporz ! I needed a new mod on Saturday 01/29/2022 and Kind of knew what mod I wanted. I wanted a new Geekvape Aegis that fit some old coils I had. I had with me a newer version that simply did not fit all the coils I had.Unfortunately I have some difficulties with words and had forgotten to bring the coils I wanted to use with me. Kiley was at the counter and she was super nice and helpful. She never rushed me nor made me feel badly even when I got rather confused and lost in my words.Instead of feeling badly , I ended up buying what I wanted (the Aegis Boost plus, 49.99 plus 5.99 in tax) with an assurance that if I did not use the item and it was the wrong item I could return it. She even upsold me to the loyalty program, which will save me a bit of money over time!The price I paid for the mod was fair, and I appreciate how clean, wide open and well lighted the store was! The prices on the other items, coils and juices seemed quite fair and reasonable. Kiley's knowledge of various coils was quite impressive as well !I will be back , great job folks!”

“Came in here Wednesday evening just to get papers and WOW! The glass pieces in here are amazing! The owner showed us so many interesting pieces, told us about the artists that made them, and was incredibly personable and professional. He spent a lot of time chatting with us and answering questions and I never felt pressured to buy anything, and believe me, you could easily spend an hour looking at all the pieces there. 5 starts for products as well as the top notch customer service.”
