“Can't say enough about the guys at Frederick Auto Care. Got two flat tires on my camper about a mile north. I limped down to them. They jacked the camper up pulled the tires. Left the camper in their lot while I took the tires to get repaired. They put the new ones back on the RV for me. Charged me a very reasonable fee for their help. If you are in the area, give these guys some business.”

“Great location on Patrick St for fast same day service. Chris Naylor, the service manager is excellent. Very efficient and accurate estimates. Work is always done right the first time. Great used cars too. Bought several here and was never disappointed with a lemon or even a lime. Warranty packages are worth it if you drive a lot or are hard on your car. Tire prices are competitive. Service bays are located on 7-11 side of the building. You park in the lot on that side and go through the service door to the left of the garage doors. Service and the parts desk is right there. This location is set for a remodel by the end of summer 2023.”

“I have been having some front end trouble with my car. Felt like I was driving on ice whenever it rained or if the roads were even slightly damp. Had had several repairs at another shop prior to coming to iIdel Hyundai. I scheduled a diagnostics to be done and they found it within 15 minutes... The problem that was causing the absolutely terrifying experience that I was having while driving my car. They offered to fix it that day. I also had to buy two new tires and an alignment which they also did that same day. Talk about a relief! Everyone there was so amazing, so accommodating and so professional! One of the girls even called me the next day to let me know that she had miscounted my cash and owed me $15! Quite honestly I wouldn't have known, and they're going to mail me my overpayment. It really was a great experience overall and everyone was extremely accommodating and polite! They had a nice lounge with the TV, coffee, charging stations & vending machines. The seating was very comfortable, I almost fell asleep! I definitely will be back! Thanks to everyone at Ideal Hyundai!”
