Mike and his team are hard working and always polite no matter how busy they are. They take their time with customers questions and assist them with shipping alternatives that work for the customer. I d been a long time customer and seen them in action. Customers can be very rude but the team seems to stay professional. I go out of my way to come here.

If you need it shipped yesterday, this is the place. Not only are they high volume Anazon return portal, they box, bag, pack, and everything that comes through the door they go the extra mile to ensure your shipping needs are satisfied. This is Frederick Maryland, and the variety of customers spans the spectrum of what one would expect in the crossroads of Montgomery county Frederick county and beyond. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and courteous to every customer regardless of the vibes they bring into the store. Bottom line, a convenient, fast , friendly oasis of service for all shipping needs. If you need tape, bring some.. Nothing in today's economy is free.. Just shell out the couple bucks it cost to seal your box.. The haters on this place need to try somewhere else. Or plead relief to the mother ship Amazon. It's a shipping business and office support products. Where else can you go and drop a package off for free? Seriously.

Excellent service. The staff are friendly, and I rarely need to wait more than a minute. If I'm dropping off a return, a quick scan and thank you, have a nice day, and I'm off. I don't need a receipt. I have the tracking number and I can take a photo of the package. I would give them 6 stars if they were open on Sundays, but hey, everyone needs a day off!

Absolutely ridiculous. Multiple times I’ve brought my packages, Amazon returns here and if I needed a piece of tape they would do it. This time they charged me $2 for a single piece of tape or would not take my Amazon return. Don’t expect help from Charles or Mike, poorest UPS customer service I’ve ever received. Also would not give me a receipt for the package I dropped for proof that I dropped it off.

They wanted to charge me for a strip of tape, then try to upsell me on a whole roll... Sometimes you just do the right thing for people, it's not like I needed a box.

The UPS staff were immensely helpful. They were courteous, experienced, and efficient. When I arrived to ship my camera to Nikon for necessary repairs, the staff noticed that my packing job wasn’t particularly good - in fact, they saw that the box I used put the camera at some risk. The staff explained the problem and the risk. I agreed with them, and they quickly packaged the camera securely for shipment. And it was reasonably priced.

No issues with my shipping. I preprinted my label for a shipment out (not a return) and it's tracking on time. Staff was polite and efficient. I took a picture of my tracking number, but I also created an account so that when I ship things, it's logged there and I can track it.

Because they are fast and efficient, every time I am in any of the UPS branches, it never takes me more than 10 minutes. I am very satisfied with the service and attention I receive from their collaborators.
