Wow, they have Dumb & Dumber working at this facility!! The girl tried to prove a point by having me look up the shipping instructions on Amazon and when it back fired on her because the information wasn't there, she then insults me by saying "it's common sense". What an idiot!!! It was in a package, you were just trying to push me to buy your packing supplies. I went to a different store that did not have idiot employees!!!!!

These group of employees deserve a metal with all of the business they receive. The three employees that were there today , has a line at the door and a few customer do get a bit impatient. One employee was taking care of the Amazon and drop off group. The other two managing the rest of the necessary services. They were very friendly and acknowledged that fact that people were waiting ,during the 10 to 15 minutes that it took for my service . Chris is always smiling and takes the time to comment on anything that he may remember from a repeat customer. I definitely recommend this location. Clemson Corner, Frederick MD.

The absolute worst. I came to return two Amazon packages which I’m using the same packaging they were delivered in and they wanted me buy their packaging for $12 just to put the original package in their box. Makes no sense. Save yourself the trouble and do returns at Kohl’s.

The staff at this location are the most dedicated and professional individuals that I have worked with! Their jobs are demanding and thankless with the added pressure of servicing rude and entitled customers. Wormans Mill store, we see you and recognize your hard-work, grace and patience!

Asked for a receipt. They refuse when every other UPS location does. Lost a couple packages going back to Amazon. Charge you a dollar for a single piece of tape. Others don't. Worth a trip to Mt. Airy where they treat you with the utmost respect and don't nickel and dime you. Thanks for nothing Mr. Alex!

The UPS store on Worman's Mill Road, the Wegman's shopping center, has taken to mask shaming. I put on my mask as i approached the counter and went about shipping my envelope package. I looked down to pay and when I looked up the clerk had used a rubber band to attach a flat 87x10 envelope to his face. I recognized the insult and asked if that was his mask. He quickly took it off. His buddy down the counter also thought the childless act was funny. Actually I had just about recovered from norovirus but read on the internet that I could still transmit it to others for days after recovery. Next time when I am sixk I will take it off and explain my decision to wear a mask. Only, there won't be a next time.

Website states this location has notary services and to "come in." There are signs all over saying you must make an appointment. I was told I need to schedule online, but there is no way to schedule online. When I asked where online I can schedule an appointment, I was told that it's there but he takes it down when his day is full. He only schedules one day at a time. I have checked every morning for several days; there's no way to schedule an appointment online. If you're looking for a notary, skip this place.

I had sent very confusing instructions for a brochure print job. The owner is so nice and had stopped one print run because the picture was not printing clearly. He’s very careful and helpful.

I’m glad I read previous reviews about the receipt situation before going. The clerk did in fact refuse to provide a receipt for a (non-Amazon) prepaid drop off. Because reviews said these unconfirmed drop off packages tend to mysteriously vanish at this location, I just took my package and left.I’ve never had receipt issues at a UPS Store in my life, not sure what’s going on with the Frederick franchises. I’ll be canceling this prepaid label and using a different shipping service.

So I'm not sure why this place only has 3 stars. It was clean and well organized. The staff was prompt and courteous. Alfonso (#171309) was great, had me in and out in no time. And he answered all my questions.

This UPS store is always a disaster. They can't keep up with the volume of packages being dropped off. The store is jammed full of people and the line is always out the door. No one has time to stand in line for 20+ minutes just to drop off an Amazon package.

I was able to get a key to a mailbox and have everything thoroughly reviewed with me in the agreement. I appreciate the associate Chris for making it a smooth process. Even though there was a long line of people he was very professional and friendly. Thank you!

This place is always packed but the employees are super helpful. Even with a long line they get you in and out quickly and always get my packages delivered.

I have to say that I am surprise to read all the bad reviews about receipts.I almost never ran into a bad experience with this store.Both the Latino & tall white guy are always friendly & helpful except for a girl that I see sometimes there. But, she doesn't interact with the clients.I see that those guys work hard in that store.In reference to the receipts when they scan you bar code & they print another tracking number. You just have to take a picture.Once they scan the return code it is in the system.Unless that you don't have an account in Amazon.It is weird all the complain.
