I would go to another UPS store in Frederick next time. I went there earlier today because they open on Sundays, but they processed the customers slowly and charged me $2 for using "improper" packaging tape. Other UPS stores would simply put another layer of the tape on the box for me within 5 seconds free of charge.

The people here are always so helpful and quick with my transactions. Always friendly!!!! I frequent and even when I see the employees out of UPS they speak to me.

Anytime I drop off an Amazon return here, They will not print a receipt. every other UPS store I go to prints the receipt for me. So I have no proof that I dropped off the package. I don’t know why it’s so difficult for them to just print me a receipt like every other UPS store.

No idea why the ratings are so low for this UPS. Being a chronic online shopper, I make at least one Amazon return a month at this store. The guys are always super friendly and quick. I appreciate their hard work and kindness

The employees here are SO patient. I’ve been here various times, mostly for Amazon returns. Customers get upset when they need to buy tape, labels, etc, but they don’t read what Amazon requires when they return it then get mad at the workers for it. They have always responded calmly and professionally when I have witnessed angry customers. They have always been very kind to me and they work HARD! Sometimes there’s lines out the door and they remain calm, cool, collected. They deserve a raise, or bonus or something. Phenomenal job!!!

So sad to read the ad reviews. I've never had a problem here. Everyone is always so nice. And as far as Amazon Returns they scan the code off my phone and before I'm back to my car I get a text that my return was accepted, no need foe a receipt. Keep up the great work guys you all are the best! Thanks Lois
