My experience at Top Gun Collision Repair was incredibly positive. The team did a fantastic job communicating with me about the timeline for repairs and what needed to be done. They were incredibly professional and respectful and I highly recommend them for anyone needing collision repair.Services: Steering & suspension repair

We had a great experience. Their turnaround time was very quick, the work was very high quality and great customer service. Emily was very communicative and updated us whenever we requested one without any hesitation. We were also surprised that they detailed our truck before returning it. Very happy with we choose them to repair our truck.Service: Body & Trim

easily the worst experience i’ve ever had. had my car two months and every time they gave a completion date and time i’d call to retrieve the car and get told another week. there was always an excuse as to why the car wasn’t finished. the staff clearly doesn’t communicate with each other because every staff member will give a different finish date or excuse as to why it won’t be finished for another week. after two months of horrible communication and lie after lie I finally get the car back and while the exterior is beautifully done they gave me the car back with a GIANT oil leak issue that was not EVER an issue before. I have every receipt for every oil change/tune up i’ve gotten done i’ve had the car 3 years and have had zero issues with the car. not once have I ever had a mechanical issue with the car and it’s returned to me leaking oil so aggressively that I can’t even drive the car. I would NEVER recommend anyone to take their vehicles here under any circumstances. there is no way these people did not see the oil leak in the car and they have done nothing but make excuse after excuse for themselves and the lies being told. two months without my car two months they had it in the shop and it’s given back after fighting tooth and nail for an explanation as to why the finish date is continuously changing and I can’t even drive it because of the oil leak. I already returned my rental and am back to square one with a car I can’t drive. I can’t fathom how terrible of an experience this has been.

Top Gun Collision went out of their way to handle the details of my claim in addition to conducting the repair of my vehicle and returning my car completely cleaned. Their service was impeccable, meeting or exceeding my expectations.Service: Body & Trim

Don't trust anyone here. 1st experience was a motorcycle paint job which didn't hold up a year . Then they did work on my truck other then what I took it there for which I didn't ask for and kept my insurance money owed to me . Harold lied Everytime I talked to him . 2 times I've dealt with them I had issues and they've known me for years . I hate to see how they treat people they don't know

Would not recommend. The bodywork and paint were unacceptable. If I weren't selling the car the day we picked it up, I would net have accepted it.

In an effort to be balanced in my review of Top Gun Collision’s service, I found the woman in the front office pleasant and approachable. The repair mechanics are also clearly skilled in their craft. But it’s impossible to ignore Harold…Harold was my case manager/contact for Top Gun Collision. He is what I classify as an Arrogant Squirrel personality. This is the first time I’ve met an Arrogant Squirrel in the auto field. Usually, they are doctors who give diagnoses without really listening to their patients. When a patient points out that their diagnosis doesn’t line up well, the Arrogant Squirrel indignantly leaves due to their self-perceived superiority and overall importance. That’s Harold, he’s the Arrogant Squirrel of auto-body repair – makes a lot of noise, and then skitters away when challenged. Here’s what happened:1) My son hit a deer with his car. The impact resulted in damage to the hood (minor) and the front left head light (substantial). His car is old (1992), so we knew parts would be extremely difficult to obtain. Top Gun had recently repaired my car (covered by insurance), so I called them up and asked if they’d be able to find the parts to repair my son’s car. Harold took a picture (I think only one) of the headlight and told me he could get the parts. I told him we wanted to proceed as soon as the parts arrived.2) Two weeks later, having heard nothing from Harold, I called up Top Gun and asked them if the parts had arrived yet. The office secretary informed me they’d arrived the previous week. I’m not entirely sure why Harold opted to keep this information from me. I scheduled an appointment after again confirming that they did, indeed, have the parts.3) A week after dropping off the car at Top Gun, I received a text telling me my car would be ready the following day. The next day I called to confirm, but was told by Harold that the car was still being worked on. I was also informed that I should ignore the texts from Top Gun, and that Harold would call me when the car was ready. Weird, but ok.4) A week later I received another text saying my car would be ready by the afternoon. Again, I called to confirm and was told my car would be completed early the next week.5) At the midpoint of the next week I called and was told the car wasn’t ready. I informed them my son really wanted to have his car as he was leaving for college in two days. Harold told me they’d have it ready the following day.6) When we arrived the following day to pick up the vehicle, we were appalled to see that while they had indeed replaced the headlight, the shade of blue of the replacement part was entirely different from the shade of blue of the car. There was also still obvious damage around the headlight assembly on the hood. When I confronted Harold about this, he responded with some classic Arrogant Squirrel commentary. Also of note, Harold repeatedly tried to skitter away as if I wasn’t worthy of his time after making most of these comments.“Well, it’s impossible to get a perfect match for the colors”(Note: it wasn’t even close)“You told us to only fix the headlight”(Note: No, I told you to fix the damage to the headlight area)“We had to rush because you said the car had to be finished today.”(Note: 3 weeks is a rush job?)“You’re lucky I was even able to find the parts.”(Note: I specifically made sure you had the parts before I brought in the vehicle)7) Harold never could tell me why it took them 3 weeks to repair the car. When I asked, he simply replied: “It shouldn’t have taken that long.” That’s it.8) Though the headlight part isn’t a perfect match, the technicians did a good job replacing it. Weirdly though, the emergency brake no longer works (never had any problem prior to taking it to Top Gun). I mentioned this to Harold, and he said they could fix it.9) They did fix the paint issue and the slight damage around the headlight. The emergency brake still doesn't work.I will not be returning to Top Gun.Service: Body & Trim

Great Customer Service ! Emily & Sterling were great ! Emily was friendly and helpful from the moment I spoke with her to set my appointment & Sterling worked with me and made sure I was up to date with my repairs. They also accommodated me when at the very last moment I needed to pick up my car. My car was washed & detailed when I picked it up.Thank you so much!

I have recently took my car to get repairs after a car accident. Unfortunately, I left some of my belongings in the trunk of the car not thinking that they would be touched or disturbed considering that my whole family have been using Top Gun for all of our car repairs. Among some of my other belongings was a box filled with coins that amounted to over $300 dollars worth. After going to pick up my car when finished I realized that the whole box of coins had all been stolen. This is extremely unprofessional on behave of the people working in the shop to steal from customers in the workplace and they simply cannot be trusted, so if you're considering going here think about the work ethics of the people who are willing to steal from their customers.Services: Painting

I've had a very bad experience with this business, I left a box of coins in the trunk of my car when I dropped off my car to be worked on at Top Gun Collision, when picking it back up the box worth more than $300 of coins was missing. It was my fault for leaving the box in the car and trusting them with it, but just because I left something in my car is not an excuse for it to be stolen.

This experience was one of the best I’ve had dealing with a repair shop. Our car was sideswiped in a hit and run while parked on our street in front of our house. Everything went smoothly. Great communication throughout the process and the car was returned with a full detail cleaning inside and out.Services: Painting
