T.J. Maxx is a large off-price retailer offering an ever-changing selection of high-quality, brand name and designer fashions at amazing value. The store is always stocked and clean, and well lit. The staff on any given day are wonderful, with employees noted as professional, knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated. They have a natural talent for making customers feel valued and go above and beyond, providing exceptional and pleasant service even during busy times like the holiday season when checkout lines can be very long. Customers consistently report finding what they need, leading to a very positive experience. The store is frequently bringing out new stock, especially moving into the holiday season.
