The tire business is competitive and Tire World seems to have the success formula figured out . On both visits to the store the service has been fast and the team was pleasant to do business with . Cheap isn't good and good isn't cheap holds true of tires and just about anything else

Stopped on the way home, due to a nail in my tire. They patched it quickly, and had us in the way in no time. Great Customer Service! I highly recommend this shop for your tire needs!

I got a screw in my tire. I called several tire shops in attempts to get the tire repaired. All were very busy and would not be able to help until the next day and some days later. Tire World Auto Center was very busy as well but was able to get me in and my tire repaired the same day. I look forward to taking my cars there for future service.

We have two cars that we take to this store for oil change and other services. They are professional and I like their customer service.
I changed my rating because of my recent visit for state safety inspection and oil change. After inspection I was told the battery needs to be replaced and car inspection failed. I asked how battery is related to safety and I am using the car every day and I do not have a slight issue with starting the car. I have not heard a logical response and I was charged more than $260. I had to attend a meeting and could not go to costco buying the same battery for $130 and replece it myself.

After being treated with indifference at two other shops, it was refreshing to be met at Tire World with a smile and a friendly greeting. The work was done in the time promised and they didn't try to upsell me on anything. I have no reservation in recommending Tire World.

Tire World came through for me a second time! They seem to always find a spot for me, and help me, when I have a problem. I feel their prices are fair (in today’s high price environment) and I will be using them as my new shop.

Working with Tire World on Industry Ln in Frederick was an overall great experience. They were helpful and good in updating and communicating about the status of the repairs. Everything was done in a timely manner. And most of all they were very considerate of the customer and looking out for out best interests. I'm very appreciative and highly recommend them.
