Friendly, helpful, honest staff, and reasonable prices. I discovered MD Tire and Auto after the "chain" tire shop down the street told me I would need to wait five hours before they could examine and fix a slow leak in my tire. MD Tire and Auto was able to fix my tire 90% faster than the chain tire place. Since then, they have become my go-to auto repair shop in Frederick.

This place was awesome. We blew a tire on the highway and they were here to get us back on the road in record time. Great service and good prices! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

If I could give this place minus ⭐️ I would. Awful service poor communication. The person that was suppose to be helping me basically didn’t want to help me from the jump. He didn’t research what size wheels that would fit my car. He ordered the wrong size then basically said oh well we will just cancel everything. He didn’t even try to find the right size wheel for my car. They wouldn’t respond to my calls or texts, I had to pull up on them. I asked do you treat all your customers this way? I figured it out this company here only looks out for their own people if that makes sense. That’s the impression I got. Mind you I waited 2 weeks for these wheels and got nothing. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody unless YOUR THERE KIND OF PEOPLE.

Bad experience, they told me it was something with the engine and that if they fixed it they would charge me $12,000 when it was just a car because my car is 2015 and it didn't have any strange noises or anything, just a light that came on, I took it to another place, it just had some garbage and it was time to clean it and my car is ready in one day. It's not fair that I try to get money from you because you see that you are a woman and maybe you don't know anything.
