Great! Quick and friendly service where no one tried to pressure me for anything extra, they just patched the hole in my tire and I was on my way in 45 min! Used them many times in the past and always happy!

Ben and Mike took great care of my tire needs, and I gave them unrealistic guidelines. I needed a new set of tires, within the same working day, so I could still make a scheduled trip. They made it happen, were professional the whole time. Their staff were polite and made the magic happen.

Fast and friendly service, waiting area was adequate with coffee machine. Went in for one thing and they recommended I get tires sooner than later, as well as consider highway treads.

I took my suburban to The Tire Mart for air condition problems. They repaired the system and while it was there found my battery was dead. So they replaced it and sent me on my way. A couple Days later there was issues with the air condition again. Ben had me bring it and he rechecked the whole system, finding a leak around some o rings. He ordered the correct part and had me bring my vehicle back. He fixed my vehicle guaranteeing his work. Also , there was a dead cell in the new battery, So Ben replaced the battery with a new one.
All this work was done at no additional cost to me.
I'm very pleased with the customer service I received and I Highly recommend The Tire Mart in Frederick.
Ben and Mike and his staff are very professional and honest at what they do.
