“Been about two times had serviced done. Both experiences have been great with Communication and service. Area is clean, front desk in person and on phone are very good. Keep you inform on vehicle process and get a report on car with a link that provides pics and detailed information. Will get texts for service and upcoming events. Also replaced a front tractor tire and tube a few years ago. Today installed 255/40R21 tires on my new EV6 GT. Both jobs were done right the first time without a long wait and at very reasonable rates. Kudos!”

“If I could rate Auto Enhancements 6 Stars I def would! I've been getting oil changes, tires, brakes & all maintenance completed by their shop team for the last 22 years, and they have worked on 4 of my cars, all different makes except for my Lexus & Toyota. Even when I dated a mechanic, I still brought my vehicles to this shop! When the Turbo blew out on my AWD Eagle Talon, they rebuilt it and did an immaculate job. When the frame rusted, they gently nudged me to get a newer vehicle for my own safety. I feel safe in my vehicles knowing that all work done on them is to the highest standards, by experienced mechanics. Other shops I've called in a pinch have said they are too busy to help me, which sucks when your car isn't working! Auto Enhancements' team will get you a ride when necessary because they understand you have other responsibilities while your vehicle is with them for service & they will not leave you stranded on a weekday! Do not hesitate to contact them for an honest assessment & estimate for any of your vehicle repair needs. You can also ask about specials, because generally there is at least 1 to select when you are getting other maintenance done anyway. Highly recommend, their customer service is straightforward and professional always. I cannot thank their team enough for the consistent service and value they provide to me as a longtime customer. “I am very pleased with the service I received from beginning to end. I normally take my car to the dealership but decided to take a chance after speaking with the manager at the Lube Center. I called and DJ got me set up bright and early the next day. Upon entering the manager Tom was very professional and kind. He explained in detail what was going on with my vehicle and reassured me his team would take care of me. They most surely did!. I left within a couple of hours as promised and got an excellent deal! Special out to Mark for giving my "Bunny" a top to bottom bill of health. “Thank you Frederick Costco Tire Center for being so understanding & patient. I had some wheel lock issues that needed to be taken care of before putting new tires & they were very kind/reassuring about it. I came back 2 weeks later & it was easy & quick!”
“Everyone there was really helpful, and seemed to really want me back on the road. It turned out that they didn't have the tire that I needed, and they showed me why it couldn't be repaired (leak was close to the tire wall). Then they helped me find other places that might have my tire, and actually put in some effort to send me to a competitor. Unfortunately, after about 6 phone calls we found that my tire was rarer then anyone thought, and we ended up having to get a hotel for the night. They had it fixed first thing in the morning once the ordered tire showed up and got us on the road. I know that it shouldn't be a huge surprise when I company really cares about you as a person (with a family in tow this time), but it was really refreshing.
I would definitely go back to this place, and probably start there if I ever needed something like this again.”
