It is hard to find a local business that, pound for pound, is better than the Vacuum Store. They know their products--and how to fix them. They also offer good advice on how to keep my prized vacuum out of their store (although I am sure I will find a way to clog it up again and need to return). I drive 30 miles to get their store when near me there are other similar businesses--but none like this one.

One of the joys of having a golden retriever is their super power to break and clog up our vacuums. Vacuum store fixed 2 sticks and upright quick, and affordable. Will be going back!

The owner of this store is a model for excellent customer service and customer relations. He could not have been nicer. I am new to Frederick and am lucky that I happened into this store while looking for a new vacuum cleaner.

We have purchased vacuums, gotten repairs and bought supplies from these guys. I won't go anywhere else. Honest, fair prices, great personalities, good advice and so easy to work with. We just trust them.

While staying in Frederick, my vacuum simply stopped working. I brought it in and the team explained my problem. The vacuum was fine, but the hose was blocked. The motor was shutting down as a result. Cleaned the hose and it works like a champ. No charge. Really honest, helpful people. Plus they have a whole bunch of vintage vacuums that are fun to look at!

So glad a place like this exists. They are the friendliest folks and replaced shot belts on my Dyson DC33. They have been in business for decades, kudos to the gentlemen at the front desk for giving me a history about the place and teaching me a thing or two about vacuum brands! This will be my go-to for future vacuum purchases!!

I had a blockage in my vacuum hose and The Vacuum Store came to my rescue. Firstly, they take walk-in repairs and provide free estimates. They were professional, friendly and helpful, and didn't even charge me for clearing the clog! It's rare to find a business that treats customers with care. Please patronize them for all your vacuum needs. They sell filters, vacuum bags and all sorts of vacuums, and from what I saw are fairly priced. Thank you "The Vacuum Store"!

This place is one of a kind. The work quality is outstanding and the price is more than fair . Everything is returned clean and neat. When you walk in the door you are greeted by name iand everything is explained in a simple but precise way. You cannot go wrong at this establishment
