Very friendly staff, and they don't typically try to overcharge you on anything. For example, I requested a tire rotation however when they checked the tread depth, all 4 tires were wearing evenly, and so they told me it was unnecessary instead of just doing it anyways for the money. The only thing they tried to sell me on was an engine flush which is *not* recommended by Toyota despite that employee's claim it is (I checked the owners manual twice on this).
Otherwise they changed the oil way faster than expected, double checked the oil level after topping off, and had a viewing screen where you can watch the tech under your car do his thing. He also double checked that the drain plug bolt was in place tightly. I appreciate the double checks. That's always nice to see.
Overall probably the best place to get an oil change in Frederick. It's a bit more expensive, but it's worth the trip as they're super helpful, fast, and honest.
