I'm writing a brief summary of the events that are described below because I realize this is a long read, but I wanted to support my statements properly. In sum, I bought a car from here and the following day I found coolant issues. I found there to be a coolant leak and, though the shop reimbursed me after getting it repaired by a mechanic of my choosing, they still refused to acknowledge there was anything wrong. They were unable to diagnose the issue because of incompetence in their mechanical department (see below). Then, they didn't give me a refund after I returned the car and then they claimed ownership of the car after having returned the plates because no title paperwork was filed. They made me sign a release to ‘borrow’ the car I just spent $15,000+ on, which was now in their bank account as well. It felt like I got robbed for my car and my money simultaneously. This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I waited about a month to post this review because I wanted to ensure the refund check cleared and this statement was peer-reviewed several times by various different peers.

David Burda helped my sister find a pre-owned Honda Accord that was not only in great shape, but was also at an extremely reasonable price. I worked as a vehicle sales consultant for two years so I know the way different sales people try to sell, and David was an all around class act. He was honest, straight forward, kind, helpful, and made the process a breeze for my sister; so much so she, nor I felt the need for me to go back with her after the test drive when she went to finalize the paperwork.
I know first hand the bad wrap preowned sales dealerships and representatives get, but David and Frederick Motor Company are on the far opposite side of that spectrum! If I could give David 10 stars, I would! Highly recommend.

Bought my first car here! DJ was extremely helpful and straightforward with the whole process. The process could never be smoother. They were transparent about their pricing, carfax report, financial, and everything related to the car. So far I am super happy with my purchase. The car was detailed and pretty spotless starting from the test-drive day until the day we obtain it. If I ever wanted another pre-owned, this is the place I will be checking out first. While I ended up purchasing a vehicle from a different ford dealership it had nothing to do with my experience. DJ was awesome and easy to coordinate with since I Was coming from 2 hours away to look at a particular truck. They were genuine and interested in getting me into the best fit for me. When I told them I went another direction they were gracious and wished me well. Will definitely consider them when the time comes again for a new vehicle.

Very easy to deal with all around. We found a vehicle we liked at a reasonable price; they filled the gas tank AND had it detailed inside and out. We'd certainly deal with them again!Thanks, Chris!!!

I just bought my "new" used vehicle last night from The Frederick Motor Company Pre Owned lot. These guys are absolutely amazing! DJ and Keith go out their way to make customers happy. 10/10 recommend buying your next vehicle from this dealership!

got a used car from them. the car ran great. the car started having issues with the speed sensor and shift stick. they rectified it immediately. never had something handles so fast from a dealership. they covered the cost ASAP and i was instructed to drop the car off the same day. very greatful i did business with them. sales person was very cut dry and direct, very respectable

I would give a zero if that was an option.My 2017 Ford Transit is currently under recall so I called them up to have it taken care of. It's been 2 months now. I've contacted them back twice since my first call with them to get an update. The just said the part is on the way. They never even thought about contacting me about giving me an uodate.

This is an honest used car dealership. Exactly one year ago I was searching the market to make my first adult car purchase after my parents hand-me-down car passed. I found one of their vehicle listings online for an old Honda Accord and quickly went to the dealership to take a look. The car looked and drove amazing for its age (17 years old at the time) and I was skeptical at first because they were not offering any warranty. I went ahead and bought the car anyway and one month later the check engine light came one. I called them up asking if they could help me out in any way, which they replied asking me to bring it in so they could look it over. It ended up needing a new sensor which would be ~$150-200 repair elsewhere but they did the job for free. One year later the car is still running great and I appreciate this friendly place for helping me through the purchase, and for staying true to their word of "we stand by our cars"

We bought a used Expedition a few weeks ago and the staff there was amazing. Everyone from the manager down were extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely buy from them again. I highly recommend them.
