Paul, Bobby and the entire team are amazing. Divorced and starting from scratch, they went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. They were always on their A-game and went the extra mile, and delivered every time. They have an extensive network of partners and resources available to them and I think that’s what makes this team so great. There was a great sense of commitment and personal investment on their parts in regards to my home buying process the likes of which I’ve not let experienced buying my 3 previous homes. If I could I would give a 10 star review. I highly recommend them and their team if you’re looking for great people who are vested in you and what’s best for you, and not just a loan.

I recommend the Deibler Home Team because they work with people that don’t always understand all of Maryland’s requirements & answered many questions throughout this process. Every time I put in an offer & lost, Rebecka & Paul always provided the new information in a timely manner & with utmost professionalism. They really got to know me which put my mind at ease. We had a wonderful experience working with Paul and Bobby. They were very supportive throughout the loan processing. Our closing got a bit delayed and there was increase in the fed interest rates, still were instrumental in keeping our interest rate low. Highly recommended for financial dealings. This team deserve a 5 star rating.

He was available throughout the process and answered all my questions. He gave me a clear idea of the finances and referred grants towards my down payment. I would work with them in the future.

Paul and Bobby were so invaluable to my wife and I in the homebuying process and worked with us to find the best loan option that worked for our needs. They would give us a variety of payment methods and broke down how it would affect monthly costs over different loan terms and also explained/taught us about the interest rate system and how it interacts with our down payment. They also researched different programs in our area that would assist in the buying process and found two very helpful grants that helped us with our first time homebuyer purchase! Would recommend in a heartbeat.

This was my first time buying a home and Rebecka and Paul provided amazing customer service. They made the process so much less daunting and confusing, and I couldn’t be happier.They were always available to answer questions and walk me through anything; they were willing to reach out to and connect with other parties in the process (e.g. insurance companies, givers of gift funds, etc); and they offered me a much better interest rate than everywhere else I looked.I’m so glad I was connected to them, and I highly highly recommend using them!

Paul was really pleasant to work with. He did a great job of explaining the loan process in layman's terms, and was always quick and helpful in his response to questions we had.The mortgage application process can be daunting, but working with Paul made it much less scary and much more manageable.My wife and I will be recommending Paul to anyone we know looking to take out a mortgage.

I am still shocked at the services Paul Barrios and the Deibler Team were able to offer! He locked me into a fantastic interest rate, and then everything proceeded time and as scheduled! The Deibler team does well to make you feel like valued client and not just another loan to write! When it comes time to buy again, I won't have to look around. I recently worked Bobby Miller on the purchase of my new home and it was a great experience. Bobby Miller has been very helpful throughout the entire process. I had tons of questions, which Bobby answered in a very kind and professional way. Bobby has also been prompt in answering our emails and calls, which was really really helpful, as the purchase of a home involves alot of questions and challenges which Bobby worked to help address. Paul and his team are absolutely amazing. If you want someone to answer your every question day and night and ease your worries about things you don't understand then this is your go to. Even months after we settled on our home Paul still has contact with my wife and I and answers every question we still have. Paul and his team made our first time home buying experience so enjoyable, worry free, and he guided us down the right path to make all the correct decisions.
