GIVE MITCHELL A PROMOTIONMitchell at the auto spa on Buckeystown pike went above and beyond any service I’ve ever had.My car got stuck in the vaccum area and he went and watched so many videos and did endless attempts until he fixed it!My car wouldn’t shift out of park and he was able to fix it which I know is not apart of his job but he was so cool calm and collected and greatly exceeded any expectations I would have for an auto spa.Please do me a favor and go get a car wash to support them this weekMitchell I can’t thank you enough and I know you have a prosperous future ahead of you

This car wash is incredible, I love it, it works in 15 minutes and leaves me with a beautiful car. You love it, good soap, excellent, excellent.

I have to say this has got to be the BEST car wash company EVER! The employees are great, my grandsons car came out so amazing & it was pretty bad! Lol The vacuums are free & they have towels for you to use to wipe the inside clean & to dry your car,

Super neat! We are not from that area so it was different from other car washes we have been too. They had the car wash and multiple spots for cleaning the inside of your vehicle. Genius idea! Wish we had closer to us!

This was my first time at this car wash. The wash wasn't the greatest. My truck was still dirty. I had to get out and wipe my truck down and my tires. The employees were nice.

This wash leaves pink spots (soap residue) all over my car. I used it on two occasions after purchasing the most premium membership. I only took it through a second time to see if this is a regular issue or if maybe it was the wax spray and I could just solve the problem by getting a less premium membership, but I was told that it is the soap and this will happen at any wash level. Now they refuse to refund me because I used the membership. Obviously I used the membership. That's why I know it's no good. I do not recommend this company. Terrible customer service.UPDATE: The owner responded to this review, requesting that I call their customer service number. I called and got Megan Trout's voicemail. But she is the one who emailed me earlier saying, "I can not honor a refund at this time since you used the membership."I spent $39 for the monthly membership, and I feel very ripped off at this point.

Great automatic car wash. I use their monthly subscription for one of my cars and it always comes out clean and smelling nice. Timings are convenient and the free vacuums are handy.

Their customer service is AMAZING! We had a small issue going through an Auto Spa at a different location.We reached out online for help, and the manager at this location jumped in and helped very quickly.He remedied the situation, and even offered us a free car wash for our trouble.Totally unexpected! Great job! Thank you!???

The manager here is awesome and staff is great. I come everyday , literally. One day the machine pulled over my wiper blade.Herb replaced both my wiper blades on the spot and I was good as new in 5 minutes.Clearly a staff that values they’re customers.I can’t say enough about how positive they’re attitude is here. I’kk def be a loyal lifetime customer!

Love this place but something needs to be done about the freeloaders that hog up vacuums. They drive in from the back side and pretend they don’t see the line then drive in a spot. I’m sure most don’t pay for a wash either. Regulate this and I’m sure you won’t have so much congestion. Won’t be long before I cancel membership if it keeps up.
