Use to be a fan of this shop, did a decent amount of work with them 1-2 years ago. Unfortunately they’ve gotten money hungry, labor costs are only $30-50 from whatever car dealership you go to, and that doesn’t come with any warranty. Times may be tough, but it’s a shame how people treat long time clients. Wishing them the best so they can get back to what matters when running a business.

My 2012 BMW 535i engine had a rough idle, sputtering, and it had a loud whistle. I took it to the BMW dealership and they quoted me an outrageous price to fix everything. After a recommendation from my coworker, I brought it here, to That Auto Shop. They knew exactly what was wrong with it right when I pulled up. Not only did they fix the problem, but they fixed other issues that I didn't even know about. For a lot less than what BMW quoted me, at that. Now it runs like they put a brand new engine in my car. They are passionate about their work, and they really do treat your car like it's their own. They have a new loyal customer!Services: Tires

Unfortunately every time I come here, JR is very disrespectful and obviously doesn’t appreciate his job to care for his customers. I don’t not recommend getting service here.

These guys were great. I was traveling from Virginia to New York and hit a deer on the freeway. While waiting for a tow truck i started calling places to get my radiator replaced. The deer damaged it. I called several places and was told 2 weeks before they could get to it. I contacted JR and told him what was going on. And that I had to get to New York to sign loan documents. Turns out I was about 10 miles away. He had me add water to it and drive it to his shop. By the time I got there he had ordered a new radiator. It was delivered and David installed it within about 3 hours. I couldn't ask for better service. I highly recommend these guys.
