We were promise a $200 gift card and tablet. We only received $100 gift card. And never received the tablet or the other $100 promise. I called them multiple times. I spoke to the rep that took my order initially. She said she will contact the promotion department and the tablet was in back order. Another 3 weeks went by I called again I told the same thing. She never contacted me to follow up. I called again this time I requested a manager. And to no surprise the manager never called as well. Don’t believe this people. Everything’s sounds great at the initial sale but after the 2 weeks of service they don’t follow through.
