All we wanted was service after the sale. Nope. Our temp plate ran out & we didn't realize until after the fact. No call. No follow up. No plates. 18 calls & 2+ weeks later (yes. We counted & tracked!) we have our plates. Never again. Even though the vehicle is what we wanted....never again.

Bought a new vehicle with a rebate offer almost a year ago. It has been constantly pulling teeth with my salesman, manager and finance manager to try to get this rebate which was several hundred dollars, a good chunk of change! No one has offered up an explanation.
