Only needed 4 pages printed - was told she couldn’t accept “rush” jobs because they’re backed up. After experiencing issues through the self service, the same employee that told me they don’t accept rush jobs ended up having to print the files anyway, which ended up taking more time than if she had just printed the 4 pages at the beginning.

I would tell said friend to check the websites price before going to the store because the website will be at least $5.00 LESS!

Please change your weekdays and weekends hours online/google maps to actual store hours as displayed on your glass door and stop misguiding customers.

amazon has made this the only free return spot, so the past 2 times ive went here to make my returns and not had a pleasant experience. the employees were not very polite at all and made it seem like a big inconvenience that i came in to process my return.

I buy office supplies for a small company, but I was very disappointed that the website said it opened at 8:00. I planned my morning around that. Waited 10 min in parking lot and then employee at door tells me they don’t open until 9:00. I said website says 8:00. She says we’ve been trying to get them to fix that and they just can’t seem to do it. Don’t inconvenience your customers like that. FIX THE PROBLEM!!!

Update your hours online. Says you open at 8am, drive to the store at 8 and you don’t open until 9am. ?

Chose to buy something I needed from Staples today. Went there at 8am as that was time posted herein for store opening. WRONG! Spent an hour in their parking lot; store hours posted on their window did list a 9am opening. If they can't keep the opening time up on this website what makes you think you can trust price or product quality listed onlline?

I had business cards printed here and they turned out beautiful for a very reasonable price. The online tool is easy to use. But the main reason for my review is that I when I desperately needed a poster tube and unknowingly rushed in the store a minute before they closed (oops, Veteran’s Day hours), the employees helped me find a tube and checked me out super fast! I appreciate y’all!!

Not great customer service. No courtesy. Went in to buy one thing. Their registers weren’t working, could only accept cash— technology, it happens. But they didn’t communicate that with any of their customers. No note on the front door. Not when you were waiting in line for 5+ minutes to buy one thing because they only have 1 person on register. Plenty of staff members walking around while the line build and impatience built. But no one says anything until you get to the register and can’t buy any of your items!!

I was having problems with the copier and politely asked an employee who was not assisting another customer for some assistance and she says “I can’t right now” and refused to help me. So I just gathered my stuff and left without my business. I’ve worked in customer service for years and I can tell you that that is unacceptable!

Check your prices. Both of my items came up the wrong price. They did not give me too hard of a time matching the sticker. If it happened on both of the items I was buying I imagine it’s across the store, not cool of them to advertise different prices.
