The customer service and follow up post order/sale is the worst I’ve ever seen. They tell you the price and then when it’s time to order the plants it cost more. The only reason I shop here is because it’s close to my house. The cost of everything here is much more than other nurseries and as I said, the customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen.

I have been to many nurseries and I never met such rude staff (billing)and making fun of customers for asking a simple question about a plant whether it is an annual or perennial plant.

Easy process to purchase and arrange for delivery. We were very happy with the installation and the tree we received. We will definitely use Stadler in the future.

Erin helped us find a small tree (Snow Fountain weeping cherry) to fit into our small space. Sadler has free delivery and planting which worked perfect for us! So happy we ran into Erin.

I have switched everything to pearinals and all pollinating flowers. I bought a lot of young healthy plants and brushes last year. All but two. The sprinkler got to them- my fault! I love ordering online and just picking them up. Hoping you have them plant a tree next spring.

I called looking for a plant recommendation and Shawn answered the phone. He listened intently and directed me to the website so I could see which plants he was telling me about. Once I settled on what I wanted he even offered to set some aside. I opted to wait until I had time to make the trek over. Once I came out to pick up the plants, he & Heather worked diligently with me until I left very happy with 2 of the plants I’d came to get. Way to go! Thanks Stadler Nursery. I’ll be back.

They sold us an unhealthy tree. They replaced it at end of season. The following season it lasted a couple months them died. I wasn't sure if it was just dying off early and decided to wait until the next season to see if it came back and it didn't. The tree they sold then planted for me is dead. When 8 reached out to them they gave me the run around for a month then emailed me and said "sorry about your luck". Never again will I buy from this place. I'm in the market for another tree and could have been a customer for life. This how they treat their customers. Shameful!

This place is one of two go to favourite nurseries in town, really nice selections. We recently bought a Hydrangea Tree that their team planted and it’s growing a few flowers already. We’re so happy with services, that we’re going back for a red bark tree soon and more Paul’s Glory Hostas.
