I had an awesome experience with this store, highly recommend! I called ahead of time to check what I needed to come in with to change my entire family of 5 to a family Go5G plan and Dante was extremely helpful over the phone, he let me know the numbers and things I needed to port the numbers over from another phone provider and he let me know he would take care of our situation whenever we went in person. Once at the store, he took care of EVERYTHING, ported our numbers from the other provider so quickly and seamlessly, he also worked with us to maximize the deals we could get for new lines and new phones and we're super grateful! He was so patient with us because we had to take care of a lot of things, and was so helpful and kept us informed of every step in the process. My entire family now has such great service with T-mobile and they love their new phones! Very grateful for his help, so I highly recommend this location and Dante if you need to do anything with phone plans or new phones!

I had to add 4 lines to a family plan and Dante was able to help us maximize the deals and promotions. It took a long time but Dante was very patient and helpful!

We went in back in November 2023, to add our kid to our plan. We had planned to just buy a new phone for myself, and give our kid the phone I already had. We had been told that there was a special of bogo up to $700. So we decided to just do that and pay the $130 difference up front. They said it would take about a month to be situated on our bill. Fast forward to yesterday, when we opened our bill and saw we are getting charged for both phones. When we called about it, we were told that the promotion was never applied to the transaction. They refused to make it right. We were sprint customers for years, then got stuck with T mobile after the merger. They didn't take long to screw us over.

I won't bore you with the details, but Ismæl the Retail Associate Manager was able to do what no other (store) employee in VA, MA and on the phone could do- that is, successfully help me cancel an old Sprint account that had been costing me $80/month. He was very patient, asked all the right questions and, importantly, I could absolutely tell he cared. Great service with a smile.Thank you!

I switched over to mobile at this store almost a year ago. I saw that I could save $10 a month over Verizon and coverage was about the same. Biggest mistake I have ever made.I created the account with Line A from Verizon. I brought it over in a deal that paid off my phone debt with Verizon as a byod deal. I then brought line B over from Sprint which was an absolute mess even though t mobile owns/merged with them. I then upgraded that line because it was paid off and there was a trade in deal.10 months later after calling every month I no longer get the trade in credit because I am being accused of never trading the phone in. I did the trade in at the store, and I therefore have 0 evidence that I traded it in and because of that they are no longer giving me credit. They are now also accusing me of not trading the other phone in from the byod deal. The byod deal had nothing to do with trading a phone in.This company is a mess, this store is completely unorganized and useless. Do not trust this company.

I went into the store today to address a network issue with my phone. I was helped by Gisselly. She worked diligently to fix the issue on my phone. She ended up having to install a new sim card and facilitate a network reset with technical support. I will need to wait a few hours to see if it works, but if it doesn't I'm confident I will continue to receive excellent customer service and a satisfactory resolution will be reached.I was also very impressed with how Gisselly handled an impatient customer who thought he had been skipped in line. Despite his rudeness she stayed respectful, courteous, and upbeat. She did an excellent job of helping me while simultaneously signing in arriving customers and answering phones. Her attention to customer service was exemplary despite the busyness in the store.

Came to the store to look at the possibility of upgrading my phone. The employees were busy helping other customers. No problem there, that's completely understandable. What I don't understand is, I wasn't even acknowledged while in the store. Again the employees were helping other people. The few people that walked in after me, which was about 10 minutes, were greeted promptly. I waited about another 5 minutes and just walked out. SMH....

Walked in there with a very long list of questions/concerns before agreeing to switch carriers. The associate manager, Ismael helped me out the whole time. Best ever. Would recommend.

I just spoke with (lennny/leni) on the phone, sorry if the spelling is wrong. Anyways i was inquiring about switching my phone number from another company. He was amazing, told me exactly what info i needed to bring. Was very straight foward. He had great customer service & was very sweet!
