Absolute know nothings. Needed to hard reset my phone because of an app that caused a glitch. Their 1st, 2nd and 3rd solutions were for me to buy a new phone. They didn’t know how to hard reset a phone and were useless in figuring it out solutions. Thankfully I got to a phone that worked and a quick YouTube video had the solution and wouldn’t you know, a hard reset worked. These people are dolts and their customer service is on par. You’re better off helping yourself

The worst customer service, I've had by far. All 3 gentlemen did not acknowledge me or even at least warn me they were tied up and the wait would be long. I stood around the store for over 20 minutes and not one of them spoke to me and say hello welcome, we are busy and there will be a 40 minute wait. Nothing was said and I also don't understand how there was one other customer in the store. 3 employees and none could help me.

Very sad to write this review, If you are the manager of this location you should really review your video footage from tonight 4/21. I arrived at 7:20pm and there were 2 sales reps. One was a lady helping someone, so I waited. While the other sales rep was sleeping in a chair in the back name tag said Jordan. Then his alarm went off at 750pm. He got up ask if we need help, I told him I would like to do an upgrade. He then informed me it was to late, I would have to come back tomorrow. I said I have been here waiting. Listen I know we all have alot going on, but If I accommodated your nap for an hour, then you could have spent about about 10min with me as a customer wanting to spend money then just telling me sorry your just to late to do anything and that you can make me an appointment for another time. I hate to do this as a review but hopefully this will help the next customer.

Went to the store tonight to switch over my phone. Got here at 7:50 after a long day of work, because it was the only time I can make it, and the store is locked and closed. I called the store number and employee picks up and says the system is upgrading so they close early and there's nothing he can do. He then hangs up the phone. I just came from another T-Mobile store around the corner and strangely their system isn't updating and they were open. Really just want to bring this to whoever is attention so the problem can be rectified. Do better.

Very helpful staff. Very respectful. I bought an iPhone 13 pro max and on the same day I had to exchange due to small scratch on the phone. They did it without any hassle even after 8pm (after business hours) I recommend this place!!

Why Not To Buy A Samsung•Unable to fingerprint lock apps• File manager is buggy and poor UI• Phone says it's fast charging but it's only at around the 1300 mAh• One UI 4.1 is so big even when you change Screen Size and Font too small• One UI 4.1 has everything is all over the place and not where it usually is on most Androids.• One UI 4.1 has very poor customization• Forced to use Samsung's version of Google messages as it is a stock app• As I'm writing these notes I'm realizing how bad Samsung's notepad is, why are there pages? and why can you only fit two paragraphs per page?• you must use media output in the quick menu to connect Bluetooth audio, will not work under Settings-Bluetooth• No AUX• Does not come with wall block• Volume and power buttons are on the same side• Extremely poor compatibility Samsung watches, the clock apps don't even sync• Instagram, Pinterest and some other apps have their own specific Samsung bugs. The bugs do not exist on non Samsung phones.• extremely poor selfie camera quality (puts shadows in random places)

I felt really bad because we didn't feel the customer service at this store. The two times we went there to activate my sim card, they never tell us "we'll help you shortly" but when this workers saw another customers coming then they were kind with the other customers.Update:When I wrote the review above they were SprintWe really have a cool experience with T-mobile and the person who helped us with the mobile transfer is a really nice and professional person.Thank you so much T-mobile!

I spoke with Orlando, over the phone, yesterday and he was very helpful. I also had the privilege of working with him when we went to the store’s physical location and he was courteous, professional, and meticulous about making sure me and my family’s needs were met. Thanks Orlando!
