Excellent customer service! Friendly and knowlegable. I had my state inspection completed with them.. was a lilttle worried about being a female and the “stigma” and what goes with that regarding auto services. No problem at all they even gave me a discount for my birthday that just passed. Will for sure go to them for any furure services regarding my vechical!

I completely trust Spectra, they are honest and do great work!! I had an emergency with my car recently. I called Chris at Spectra and he took over. He called the towing company for me to schedule the pickup. Then called me back right away to let me know about when the tow truck would arrive. They looked at my car sent a report of what had to be done and what was suggested. I was even informed of the services that could wait, if needed. Even though I was an unexpected job, they fit me in and got it done right away. Thank you for your continued great service!!

My car is 12 years old with almost 200k miles. Randy and the technicians at Spectra repaired the rack & pinion, a/c, aligned tires and more. Needless to say I hope to be car payment free for several more years. It drives great!

Have not used these guy in years, due to extended warranties on newer cars, but I was happy to see they are still around and every bit as great as I remembered. These guys are very good and genuinely care about your repair. I highly recommend them!
