Soma is a wonderful store with high-quality bras, panties, and clothing. The Frederick location has something even more special - Alicia, the store manager. I go out of my way to visit this store for bra fittings and advice, as Alicia and her team are highly educated and well-versed on how undergarments should fit, helping to select specific styles that would be best for certain outfits, body / fit goals, etc. Due to age + weight changes, I'm having to be resized frequently, and know that I can always visit this store and get an honest fitting, helpful and supportive assistance, and a great bra(s)! I truly am so appreciative of their amazing team!

I always get my bras from SOMA. It was worth the drive. Sadly, there have been so many carjackings at this location so be very aware of your surroundings.

Lovely spot to get a bra fitting and puck up decent bras. I went for 2 new ones and came out with 4 plus matching panties.
They carry large size bras for us musty ladies. A nice variety for DDD and larger.
Nice sales staff even when busy, they remember names.
My only somewhat negative was when I came in she complimented my shirt which was really sweet, but then after being there a bit I realized they give everyone the same compliment.

Would give 0 stars if I could. After having 4 kids, I've become very self-conscious of my body. I was tired of only wearing sports bras because I didn't know my size. I reached out on a mom's group, and everyone was recommending Soma. I walked in nervous but eager to be measured and to walk out with some new bras! Everything started off well, Helen took myself and my daughter to a dressing room to measure me. She brought me a bra-didnt fit well... too big. She came back again, and this one didn't fit all the way around. Waited (and waited) for her to come back again and she never did. Set a timer on my phone for 5 minutes, still nothing. Got dressed and left, no one said anything as I left. Very disappointed in my experience.

2 kids and 36 years of gravity later, I needed a complete overhaul of my underwear drawer. Katy patiently helped me try on probably a dozen bras until we zeroed in on my size and found a few that worked for me. I also stocked up on underwear, and love how smooth all the different fabrics feel. I'll be coming back to Soma and this location in particular for all my bra, undies, and lingerie needs!

The sales staff here were extremely kind and helpful. This is only my second time at this location but I can say that both times were pleasant as the sales staff were very attentive and pleasant.

I had an amazing visit to Soma recently, and it was all thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by Sam and Kate. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with warmth, making both me and my daughter feel truly appreciated.
Kate was incredibly insightful, taking the time to grasp my daughter's preferences and offering thoughtful suggestions without any sense of pressure. She helped with fitting and styling, and her upbeat attitude made our shopping trip a delight.
Together, they crafted a smooth and tailored experience that left us feeling great about our choices. I wholeheartedly recommend a trip to Soma to enjoy the fantastic service from Sam and Kate!

Wonderful experience!! Lee/Leigh was warm, patient, and helpful. The selection and quality were great, and they had discounts for new rewards members and for donating old bras to women in need. Will definitely be coming back and referring my friends!
