Never again. He should pickup 2 cars and bring them to Baltimore Harbour. He brought one than he drove home. He kept our documenrs for weeks so we had to pay for an empty place on a ship for the car, storage and more. He said he wont givecthe documents hefore we pay the invoice, but he didnt send an invoive even we begged him to do. Than the broker contacted him and he send an invoice, without any informations. It was paid direct and than another 50 phonecalls and dozen of mails. Than we paid someone 150 to pickup the documents he promised to send. His service cost us thousands...never again

Took my 2014 escape in to get serviced and they did a great job! Only downside was it took a while to get done but wasn't their faults, a lot of the parts were hard to find and a lot of work needed to be done. All in all would recommend them to anyone inf Frederick!

Called to have brakes/rotors done and was able to get in and out in the same day very quickly, compared to other shops. I found Skip's on Facebook and I am so glad I did, after calling around, Skip's had the best price in town, hands down! I will definitely be a life long customer goung forward and I have already started referring family and friends!

My husband and I drove up from Ellicott City to walk around Frederick.
When we got back into our car the battery had died. I called Skip’s and they came right out and jump started my car. So friendly and helpful- highly recommend!!!!

I don't like to leave bad reviews but check this out....I just talk to a very kind gentleman he quoted $445.00 labor to replace front rotors and brake pads on my 2008 Beetle (that is me bringing in all parts needed). I asked for some help with the bill and he passed me to the owner who added 200 more dollars to flush the brakes wich I did not asked for, and just wanted to hang up on me. I am still in shock, nice place!
