I just moved from Ohio and needed a new salon. With great reviews I chose Six East Salon. The salon was easy to get to, a very charming atmosphere. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. They all gave me recommendations for cool places to eat and drink in Frederick. My stylist did a great job with my hair color! Best it has been in a long time. I was very happy. I also had my eyebrows waxed and it was fast and easy. Great job!
I really appreciated the manger calling me a few days after my appointment to see if I was satisfied with my visit.

A great salon. Marcee was exceptional and very patient. The staff is very friendly, helpful and gracious. I will return.

The staff were very warm and welcoming. Marcee did a great job understanding what I wanted done and I feel fabulous about how it turned out!! I highly recommend her and will be coming back for sure!

Hi, my name is nichole golobo I was visiting some family members in Frederick Maryland and decided I need to come in and get some layers in my hair at the time I had extensions in my hair did not know how to cut layers with extensions in. I think it was the owner tried to help her. She did a couple cuts on me and when she asked the owner to go around my face because she was afraid I guess she was going to chop me. She said no I cannot help you. I have to get back to my client For a shampoo and blowout cost me like almost almost 90 bucks. I would not recommend this place. It’s not the cleanest either.

Marcee is excellent. I have had my hair cut by her twice now! She listens to exactly what I want. I would travel across the US to have my hair cut by Marcee!

Visiting six east hair salon was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff here are truly exceptional, making every customer feel valued and pampered throughout their visit.
In particular, Marcee, my stylist, was nothing short of amazing. Her expertise and creativity were evident from the get-go, as she listened attentively to my preferences and offered insightful suggestions. Not only did she execute the hairstyle flawlessly, but her attention to detail and passion for her craft truly shone through.
Marcees sense of style and trend knowledge were impressive, ensuring that I left the salon feeling confident and rejuvenated with a chic new look. I love my hair!! This was my first visit and I was tentative about going to a new salon. But beginning with my call with Maxine to Mary my stylist to The front desk owners I was treated like a queen. Mary took the time to in the beginning to fully appreciate and understand what I wanted, though I had trouble articulating it. She provided a holistic approach to the color and care and the treatment. The results were perfect. There were some nuances like massage chairs while being shampooed and warm towels to dry my hair after shampooing. Finally, she took me upstairs for waxing brows and upper lip. The atmosphere was serene and the character of the building was intimate. After the services, I got goodies like samples and discounts for return future visits. I will be coming back and plan to tell all my family and friends. Thank you for an enjoyable and perfect afternoon. PS this is a no tip salon. The prices were reasonable and appropriate.

Six East Hair Salon & Spa is an amazingly rewarding destination experience! I admire their entrepreneurial brilliance and innovative creativity! Six East Salon & Spa is a non-gratuity venue - tips are not expected or accepted! Warm towels are standard! Complimentary make-up touchup is yours for the asking! Everything about this Salon & Spa is classy, comfortable and populated by warm welcoming professionals knowledgeable about industry trends and products! For 10 years I have been a monthly client so I have had abundant opportunity to observe many other of their clients and without exception everyone leaves looking revived, rested, and fabulous!

From the time I enter the front door to the time I exit, I feel like I've had a spa experience. The setting is creative, organized and beautiful. The staff are receptive and responsive to my needs. The high quality of service is the reason I return again and again.
