My boyfriend has handicap (it’s with his hand) so he had his hand in his pocket and was carrying his beef jerky under his arm. The manager said to him “make sure you pay for that beef jerky “ it really offended him and he goes there daily for the most expensive beef jerky ($21!! But that’s a different story lol) this “manager “ made him feel so horrible and it was so unnecessary you could visibly see the beef jerky under his arm it’s not like he was trying to hide it You need to be mindful of things you say, you don’t know everyone’s story

My husband and I love to go to this location for coffee. It's very convenient and all the staff is very pleasant. Recently, I've noticed that the coffee containers are not getting cleaned as frequent, which affects the taste of the coffee. Please don't slack on the cleanliness. We look forward to our Sheetz coffee! See you guys soon!?

Night staff inconsistent at best. Always rude and are inconvenienced by you being there . This store seems to be challenged in basic customer service .

This place is very clean, the manager is very friendly, always serving with a smile, the afternoon team is fantastic, congratulations, they treat their customers very well, congratulations.

It is safe to say most drivers are familiar with the feel of a saggy tire after a day of driving around town and finding potholes. Or a day of driving down short flights of stairs, over small barricades, and a poor attitude regarding speed bumps. Regardless of how it happens, you find yourself with underinflated tires.
The Thomas Johnson Dr. Sheetz has a clean and easy-to-use air compressor that will get your tires back to standing tall. Your car will have a sense of pride that you provided with a stop at Sheetz and the whooooosh, whooooosh, whoosh, beep, beep, beep, beep that makes everything better.
I never get gas or go inside, but that tire refill unit is fantastic!
Every time I use it, I am blown away.

Went into sheetz to get one zyn pack. Old guy at the counter couldn’t understand what I was saying. So he grabbed the entire thing, yes the whole tube of like 10 packs of zyns.Then he said “you wanted the whole thing right?”I said no just one pack. Meaning one pack of zyn.He proceeds to yell at me. “YoU SHouLd hAvE Just sAId YoU WaNtEd One!” Like he yelled it in the sheetz. In my head Im calming myself down because I cant believe the disrespect. So i decide to de escalate. And correct him.Im from California, just moved here. So maybe thats how this gas station always is?Anyways,I don't know his name. But chubby old Grampa. Think he's mad he’s working at a gas station.Learn how to talk to people before working customer service!

First off, let me preface this by saying Seth the manager is the only reason this store gets a 1 star review. As a customer I should NEVER hear a manager make a joke about autism ESPECIALLY towards an employee who clearly is struggling with mental issues…he’s VERY lucky this wasn’t me or a family member of mine because he’d be leaving sheetz with no teeth in his mouth. I can no longer comfortably enter the store when he is present, because not only am I uncomfortable, but so is every employee that works under him and this I’m certain of because I’ve asked them about him and they all agree that they’re terrified to voice their opinions on him because of his place in the company.

We are big fans of Sheetz in general, but the 23 Thomas Johnson Drive in Frederick has exceptional staff, always friendly and helpful. We’ve been in this store dozens of time and always leave with a smile. Great selection of healthier snack foods and meals, and also gluten free options often not found in other gas station stores. We only wish we could find Sheetz in more states because when we travel, we’re usually disappointed with the gas stations we find.
