If I could give one star I would trust me. Went through the drive through to be IGNORED. saw old white lady just ignoring me putting away bags. Doing nothing. Beeped no response. Waited beeped again and still nothing. If you don't like your job don't work here it's nobody's fault but yours. Don't make it the customers problem. Smh this has happened multiple times. Therefore it deserved a review. If it were once I'd understand but this is a on going thing and it's rude!

The MTO at this location has gone way downhill. I know it’s a gas station, but if I order hot food I feel like meeting the prerequisite of serving it hot should be a basic requirement. Never again at this one.

It may seem silly to review a Sheetz but after today I thought it was time. I’ve frequented this Sheetz for a few years now and have always had good experiences. But today I saw a familiar face behind the counter. A gentleman by the name of Tim, prepared and handed me my food. Now I don’t know Tim personally but years ago I used to frequent a Taco Bell on 40 when I was working late nights. Tim was working there at the time and was always friendly and gave me exceptional customer service. I never did a customer service survey up until that point but it was wel deserved. So it was a very pleasant surprise to see him working at another establishment I frequent so many years later. Sheetz is very lucky to have him apart of their team.

They messed up my order. They forgot to put meat on it and only gave me one of a three-parter and then they refused to make the other side of the order. So I just had a cold soggy half of the order and then a warm employee Disgruntled other half a half hour later. Mmm this place doesn't give a Sheetz about you or quality!!

Apparently at this specific sheetz they’re required to card everyone in a group that walks in together to purchase alcohol because of Pennsylvania law? Never at a sheetz in Pennsylvania have I been told the same thing or been treated as poorly. If they’re really following Pennsylvania policies then they shouldn’t be selling alcohol at a gas station in Maryland. They should be more worried about Maryland laws than a “sheetz policy.”
