“I moved my storage to Pulic Storage because the rates at my other storage were outrageous the staff was never in the office. I brought my own lock to Public Storage and was due a refund. I had the please of meeting Tracy who was happy to help me with the refund. Moving is a stressful thing Tracy made me feel better with her pleasant and helpful demeanor I would recommend anyone looking for storage to check out the Public Storage at 8410 Broadband”

As we all know moving is stressful but Anna and Kristen were so helpful from the start of the rental process until the last minute of moving out, especially when I had to coordinate a freight trailer to be temporary parked in the lot while I loaded up all of my belongings. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this location again!It’s clean (and new, I think the bldg is only a year old), secure, great proximity to downtown Frederick, and a decent price-point for a climate controlled storage building.Thank you so much Anna & Kristen, you went above & beyond!Reviewed in May 2024”
“Great experience ! Aroun 2 month ago i decided to to move from PA to MD .Was looking for some comfortable place to store me furniture. Tried different places but none of them was friendly and prices was crazy . After some research found this place and once i received call from them i got great deal , they explained me everything , gave me remote pass in application , storage was very clean and space was big . Price which i paid was affordable. Once i decided to move my furniture got contacted to office , they informed me with all steps which i needed to pass , also i got lock which was included in price and they gave it to me .
Great experience, good customer service service , if i will need to rent storage space in future i will definitely use this one . Area is calm , no traffics , location is wide and i was able to drive 20feet truck with no any problem . Drove straight to my storage enterance which made loading process way easier than i expected! 5 start from me !”

“Please make sure you triple check the odometer when a moving truck is returned after hours. For some reason I was overcharged an extra 3000 miles which made my bill around $4000.00. This was clearly an error as there is no way I used that many miles. I only did one round trip to my house in Hagerstown from Frederick. Once I brought this to the attention to the manager she quickly refunded me the extra miles. So I was happy and relieved to see that I was only charged for the correct miles as I only used 69 miles. Overall I was pleased by the truck space, ease of use and we were able to get all my apartment stuff to fit in the truck. Yes I do recommend this location for any future moving needs. Thanks for fixing my issue.”
