As a shopper I don't mind going to Sam's Club. As the wife of an employee, I hate it. How can you give your associates 3 weeks of a schedule so they can plan accordingly, and then change it the day before your day off?!?!? My husband was supposed to have off yesterday 2/21 and today 2/22. He checked his schedule Monday before he left work at 6:30pm and he was off yesterday and today. I happened to check his schedule today (2/22) and it was changed to him working. I don't know who this manager Paul is, but you need to do better. We make appointments and arrangements based on his schedule and then the day before (when he's off) it changes and you don't notify him that he now has to work on a day you scheduled him off?? I call BS. I guess I'm glad I took screenshots of his schedule before they changed it. I'm not happy Sam's Club and Paul. Also, when he started there he was working Saturdays and had Sundays off. Now they have him working both days on the weekend. I am completely dumbfounded as to how they can run a business and keep employees with their schedule changes and poor management.

Just when I was thrilled with some of the features of this store-- 1) being able to avoid check out lines with the app. Very convenient! 2) being able to buy gas with the app...no fumbling for the membership card! Very convenient! 3) the unique items and variety that you can't find elsewhere--especially the baked goods, large variety of candy (which is very helpful at Halloween) and the catering supplies that are hard to find in other places... Then this happened... We purchased (from curbside pick-up) a wood pellet-burning standing heater for the patio. It said it came with a cover. We took it straight home and put it together for a party that we were having the same night. After assembling it, we realized that there was no cover in the box. We called this Sam's the next day to check on whether the cover came in a separate box. They said the cover was supposed to be in the box, and that we should return the original heater (which is 8 feet tall) for a refund, and they would get us a new one with (hopefully) a cover in the box. This is a lot of trouble. The item is already assembled and would be a real hassle to return. I feel that this experience definitely shows a lack of customer service. Not sure of how I feel about Sam's Club now...

Had to wait a month to get tires rotated. Then evidently the techs cannot count to 4 since they only tightened the bolts on 3 of 4 tires. My daughter drove around for a month with loose lug nuts. She has complained about a noise we thought was broken piece of trim. Never thought it would be loose lug nuts!!! The sound got worse so took it to jiffy lube and they found that all the lugs were loose!!The Sams club so called technicians could have killed my daughter!!DO NOT USE!!!

It's a store we're you get food and stuff. Other than that, stocking shelves, products, quality of food, space of Isles, Associates to help, are lacking! The excuse is COVD - 19, and probably will be for the next several years.

Sams changed the wrong tires on my vehicle and almost caused a bad crash. I’m not going to write my whole story but the negative reviews and overall management of this sams is true. Management has the know how and temperament of a 2 year old.

I’m being nice ,but it’s taken me since 6:00 this morning to check out. Because of this I can’t pick up my order until tomorrow. I’m not sure what’s going on but something’s messed up. It shouldn’t take 3&1/2 hours to check out. First I was on the app ,then to the web site , & finally went to Facebook & picked a tire sale. Finally got through. Shouldn’t be so hard & long. I know I’m ranting,but because of personal reasons I have trouble getting to the store, this has been a godsend to me. Everyone is so sweet ,but the app is ticking me off. Thank you

Great deals on energy drinks and usually in and out. However managers are held to low standards. Paul Dileo is allowed to cuss and degrade associates in front of supervisors and keep his job after being reported for it. I also have been watched by managers when shopping. I guess because I'm a former associate they have a problem with me. They'll see when it happens again and I report someone to the police for harassment.

We came out of the store today and the guy collecting carts stopped what he was and asked if we needed help loading our items into our truck. I didn't get his name but a big thank you to him!!!!!

Called in trying to get an appointment, had some questions and the attendant on the phone rudely interrupted me saying “k I thought this would be a quicker call, I’m going to help the customer in front of me right now”. Took my business elsewhere.

Just got my first SAMs card. We are military so we mostly go to the commissary so there was no need to go to SAMs. I threw a baby shower for my son and daughter-in-law and instead of cooking I decided to place an order with them. I was pleased. The trays look just like the pitcher I chose from. The sandwiches and pinwheels were a hit at the shower. I have only came in the store twice now but I think I will definitely use them again.

This place always has expired fruits and vegetables. And their merchandise is never organized it's alway so messy. They don't have a very good, or pleasant meat selection available at all. It looks like some left overs.

There are two pumps that serve diesel on the right hand side when you enter the station. It's all one way traffic. One direction fueling. So if your fuel tank lid is on the driver side you will have to enter on the far right pump. If your fuel tank lid is on the passenger side you will have to enter on the left-hand side of the far right pumps. However, since there are only two pump stations of pumps serving diesel vehicles and the hoses are not long enough to reach across your vehicle, You are forced to wait in line while people fill up with gas at the diesel pumps ahead of you. The station attendant will come around and give you crap if you try to go around the vehicles and get to the other side of the pump so that you may pump your diesel into your waiting vehicle at an empty pump regardless if there are no other vehicles at the station. Most weekday evenings there is a fuel tanker parked on the right hand side blocking the diesel pumps that I need for my driver side fuel tank opening. This only allows for one of the 4 pumps to be used. In other words the fuel price savings isn't worth the hassle of dealing with this kind of stupidity if you have a diesel vehicle. The fact that the attendant is too ignorant to have Sam's Club install longer hoses for Diesel buying customers is even more infuriating. These are the people who want $15 an hour. Remember that!
