I went to Regency because they have a sectional that I been looking to purchase for a while. I am so happy the sales persona Arash and the manager Darrell assisted me today. They were a pleasure and gave me an awesome price. I purchased from Regency in the past and would use them again in the future. Highly recommend.

This shop and its employees are absolutely horrible. Milad and Bonnie yelled at us over the phone and hung up on us because we had issues with an invoice.Milad was the one that sold us over 10K worth of furniture, made commission off of us and doesn’t remember anything about us or our invoice. She charged us a higher amount for certain furniture, after I showed her flier of what I wanted and the exact cost. We got that same piece of furniture but for $300+ higher and they refuse to return the money.This behavior is beyond unacceptable.Both of these employees should be fired.

Joanne is the worst. She had the audacity to hang up on a customer. I’ve been calling for weeks to get a copy of my invoice. I even went to the store They won’t give me a copy of my invoice. We received an up charge on our synchrony account and are not able to see where the price increase occurred. All we ask them is for a copy to see and they refuse to give us a copy.

This is by far the most horrendous experience I have ever had with a furniture company. Can you believe it? I was supposed to receive my delivery on September 3, but guess what? The audacity! The store had the nerve to call me on September 5, two whole days later, just to inform me that the delivery has been delayed for not one, but two weeks! Can you imagine the frustration? And as if that wasn't enough, after the two weeks had passed, the store had the audacity, yet again, to call me and inform me of another two-week delay! Unbelievable! But wait, there's more! When those two weeks were finally up, the store had the audacity to call me once again, only to announce that the delivery has been postponed for a whopping 30 days! Can you even comprehend the level of incompetence? It's mind-boggling! But here's the kicker, my dear friend, when I first made the purchase, Chris, the so-called manager, made promises upon promises, assuring me that there would be no delays and that my furniture would arrive within the initial two weeks. What a load of nonsense! Throughout this excruciating process, I had to resort to calling Chris a total of 10 times, but guess what? He never returned a single one of my calls, and he was conveniently unavailable every time I tried to reach him. Can you believe the audacity? I mean, who does he think he is? I wouldn't even dream of recommending the Frederick location to my worst enemy. The staff there, let me tell you, they are beyond rude, and as for Chris, well, he is nothing more than a bold-faced liar. He doesn't even have the guts to pick up the phone and call his customers back when he so clearly messed up. Unbelievable! Fortunately, I was able to get a full refund after driving to the store three times

Horrible experience these people are extremely unprofessional don’t care about costumers they are a complete scam I decided to buy some furniture from them, I was told I would get a call to let me know my delivery date never received a call from them so I called and asked about the delivery and was told it wouldn’t be until the end of January why aren’t costumers told before buying furniture. Then after that I asked to switch my furniture I came picked a whole different set was told everything would get situated and I would receive a call again never did. I called and was told they would contact me back I didn’t receive a call so I came in talked to Chris the supposedly manager which he’s has horrible customer service which i see why his employees are the same. He told me that nothing was switched over but he would get everything fixed and call me back he never did so I call and when I talk to them and tell how ridiculous this has become she stars giving me attitude and kept talked over me so then she hung up on me after that I called again was told I couldn’t receive my refund because she was upset for the way she was spoken to when she was raising her voice first. I WILL NEVER WANT TO STEP FOOT IN THIS HORRIBLE PLACE. I will like my money back you guys don’t even deserve 1 start never again.

THIS IS IN REGARDS TO THE FREDERICK STORE.I changed my mind about my order and tried to cancel it on three separate occasions. The first time was over the phone on the same day I made the purchase on Sunday. I called to inquire about cancellation. They said the manager wasn't available and they would call me back. I did not receive a call back. I went to the store the next day around 8pm. I spoke to Milad directly and said I want to cancel the entire order. I was told they couldn't cancel my order until Saturday when the manager is available. I asked for her to document my cancelation and she guaranteed me it would be noted in the system. This morning I receive a text about delivery which obviously indicates my order wasn't canceled. I had to ask my brother to go to the store on my behalf to cancel my order. He went this morning. They told him I had to come in and cancel. Despite the fact that I've already canceled in person last night. It's like they are trying to keep me trapped. I am extremely upset. This should be a simple process. I have spent too much time and energy and gas going to and from this store. I don't appreciate the burden that has been placed on me. This unacceptable. Management needs to do something about the process of canceling.

Great friendly staff and quality furniture. Parys and Chris were wonderful. We were able to get everything we were looking for, for a great price and had fun doing it!! Highly recommend coming here!
