I told them exactly what problems I was experiencing and they ignored all of my input before convincing me I had a problem with my tire rods. They told me the car would run like new after they were done working on it. 1200 later and I had a car with loose lug nuts on my tires and I’m having to get my engine completely replaced. Had they listened to what I had to say and actually checked the things I was concerned about I’m sure more could have been done to save the engine. Very dissatisfied with every bit of their service and their inability to listen

I have been servicing my vehicle at Reeds for many years. Wes, Chad and his team are truly auto experts. Since I tend to keep my cars for many years, it’s important to have trust with your service providers. I bring all of my cars to Reeds and will continue to do so happily. If you’re looking for a fair deal and expert service you could not for any better than Reeds. Highly recommended!!!
