Absolutely phenomenal customer service from the moment I walked in the door, but most of all a sales associate named Chris. Friendly knowledgeable, helpful and humble!
Chris is the red wing boot wizard, I had a long drive So I did not want to spend a lot of time picking out boots, Chris just knew exactly what I needed. Red ring location was very clean and organized, Every pair I wanted to try on in my side they had!

Staff in here are always friendly and helpful. We have shopped here for years and today Maria recommended a new insole which worked out better for the boot my husband chooses. They are also good because if you log your phone number with them they have a history of the purchases so if you need them in a hurry you can call, tell them you need the same of what you purchases previously and they will have it ready and available for you to pick up at your convenience which is always a plus.
