We bought a property and PMP manages it. They only gave us ONE fob for our clubhouse. They are not giving anymore but instead offered a Bluetooth option. I email Jill Fehrer about obtaining this access on 8/12/2024. It is now 8/30/2024 and we still do not have the email or any communication from Jill about having the access.
I called the office and “everyone has left for the day.” Prior to the 5p closing time they have listed. The secretary Dot hung the phone up in my face after I asked for a supervisor or contact information for a higher up to complain.
This management company is absolutely horrid. If you can avoid them please do.
See attached photos of the way they “manage” our gym. It was not until after I complained with pictures that anything changed.

Terrible experience. Robin was extremely rude, not helpful, and was lacking professionalism.
As soon as she walked in the conference room she looked at us with disgust and I don’t know if it was because we are Hispanic or the way we were dressed. She acted like she couldn’t understand me and said “huhhhhhh” every time I said something and made me repeat myself every time (Literally repeated myself the same way as the first time and magically the second time she would understand) and she gave us little to no information.

Glad so many other people are sending negative reviews concerning the incompetence and arrogance at Property Management People. This is only my opinion, but I have lots of others on the google review board who agree. Property Management People use to be fine, but no more. I'd go anywhere else than Property Management People, IMO. The owners should sell the company and retire in peace.

Absolutely horrendous and completely useless HOA service. They are never there to help us, never answer the phone, don't mow the grass on time, never tow the cars that illegally park in the neighborhood - seriously the worst HOA ever. Id give them 0 stars if I could

PMP service for rental property used to be good a many years back . Now is full of incompetent people that doesn’t return calls or emails and are dismissive when you call them acting that they are doing you a favor by taking care of your rental property . This company needs to have people that understands the rental property business or educate their current personnel .

This is the worse HOA Assoication I have ever delt with in my life. I have been dealing with living next to the worse nightmare neighbors of my life. On a daily, night after night basic, they invade me and my family privacy, with their security cameras that they point in are windows and watch are family though are dining room and coming out of are bathroom and watch us and records us on are deck when we have family and night evenings or quess at are home, we have try anything and everything to resolve this issue, privacy deck dividers, I’m now having to pay over a 1000,00 dollars to put up Privacy residential tint. I had a petition letter done in the neighborhood of all neighbors who have seen these actions me and my family had to deal with everyday! I had a total of 10 signature, and then after that I proceed with a peace order as the Manager of StoneBridge PMP and FCP advise me to do. And still nothing! If, you have anything to help me resolve or fix this resolutions please reach out to me. Cause at one moment the Manager of the Stone Bridge PMP saids he’s going to help get this resolved and cause he also made me aware I’m not the only one calling and complaining and on the neighbors others are calling and complaining on him as well and then comes back and conderdicks what he said because he’s supposedly been advise not do certain things. Seoiously! How would you say your going to help and then don’t! This neighbor is a very inconsiderate of neighbors , and of all his neighbors around him. He doesn’t follow any of the parking rules and seems to get do whatever he wants with no conquense with a smile on his face while he’s doing it. The towing of this community is aware of that as well because they have been called on numerous occasion has well and they were advise the could not do any towing unless the property manager advise them to do otherwise; even tho the bylaws are not being followed. While his Wife cheers him along and lies on his behalf for all his creepiness acts, he walks in the neighborhood with his dog not on a leash and lets his dog poop all over the property ground and feels he does not have the need to pick up after his dog, his dog ran up in my house with me and my family inside, and he had no idea were his Pitt Bull was! My husband had to get him to get his dog out of are home, luckily nothing happened, he rams his mustang engine every single day, evening, and night over, over again and still seems to be no penalty or conquense for any of his actions again and no support from the management of PMP. What’s the point of paying HOA FEE and having BY LAWS if they are not going to be enforce! If anyone one has answer to help or what I can do to resolve these matters please let me know. Me and family are at the point we don’t even want to live in our home anymore. I have been dealing with for a couple years now!

PMP has managed my rental property for more than 20 years. Over the years their service has deteriorated. Their fees are high and communication is poor. If you are looking for a management company, I would looks elsewhere. There are better options.

Useless and annoying. They take their sweet time when it comes to reviewing a change you want to implement on your property, but are always quick and ready to bug you with little complaints about your yard. They're always taking photos of the simplest things and make it a problem. They don't help with anything, so I don't understand their purpose. Plain and simple. You do not live in peace at all.

This company is very unresponsive to inquiries. It is near impossible to get a hold of anyone there either by email or phone. Their billing system is confusing, and not user friendly.

PMP is new to our neighborhood and I can say it's been nothing but disapproval from everyone. They'll send people out to take photos of "violations" with trash cans on trash day..... How are you going to send a letter about our trash cans being in sight when they're full waiting to be picked up.

Tried to reach finance office for past 3 days. Called several times during the office hour but no one picks up the phone. I left voice mail and sent email but no one called me back. Receptionist kept transfer the call to finance office even though I told her they don’t pick up the phone!!! So frustrating !!!!

Trash. What do they even do? The sidewalks are lopsided, I can’t even walk my child or walk myself without having to make sure not to trip and fall. The trees in the neighborhood are huge and aesthetically wth do they charge every month and harass you for payment for exactly? Robbery. Living in Montgomery County and seeing the lack of basic care is ridiculous. Get better street lighting, the sidewalk grass could be lined up better and cared for, repair the twenty year old sidewalks lifting from the overgrown trees that are a hazard in themselves. Basic beautification if you expect payment and think you can tell folks what they can and cannot do with their home.
