There was an issue with our pool vacuum that needed some service. I understand every company needs to make money but this company is unbelievable. "Labor" is charged up front $65, was told it was diagnostic fee when I dropped off the pool vacuum. When I went to pick up the pool vacuum I asked I had come in and told them what is wrong would I still be charged the $65 and was told yes. Some other lady jumps in and says everyone is doing it. When I said they were only "Pool" company that is doing it she proceeds to compare this cost to how auto mechanics do business. Well, I know for a fact if you go to an auto mechanic and tell them what you need fixed they do not charge a diagnostic fee. The charge was justified by they have to take it apart. You have to take it apart to fix the issue. So we got charge twice in labor to fix this vacuum. Never again! Be a pool store don't base your business plan on being an auto mechanic. FYI no other company in the area charges a $65 diagnostic charge and when priced were cheaper. I called after they called to let me know what was wrong and my take away from this is call around so you don't get charged like auto mechanics charge.

The store and owners are amazing! We first went here for our deck furniture. They had wonderful displays and then educated us on all the options and helped narrow done exactly what we were looking for. We now also have a hot tub and they answer all our questions and help us keep up to date with that! My favorite piece is they keep a great file of you - shows you are important to them!

During the holidays, they’ve converted the store into a Christmas shop and it has everything you need to celebrate with loved ones. They have lights trees, decorations, mugs cards and several other things.

Long overdue review: More than a year ago, we were in this store with our 3-year old. He touched a heavy rack of pool umbrellas and the entire thing fell right on top of him. He was laying on the floor screaming and buried under 4 big umbrellas. The owner witnessed the whole episode and helped me pull the umbrella rack off of my son. Luckily, he was mostly unhurt. Afterwards, the owner just looked at me blankly and never once asked if my child was ok or said, "sorry". He was clearly more concerned about his umbrellas than my kid. The only staffer there who even had the sense to apologize to us for the incident was a nice teenager behind the cash register. What kind of person doesn't even ask if your kid is ok after he could have been severely injured in his store?! Unbelievable.

Called to report a bad driver in one of there vans.. the driver ran me and my 75 year old mother off the road.. was driving eratic had the radio blasting and was swerving all over the road...the manager seemed as if she could care less.. didnt ask for contact info or even ask if we were ok.. when i asked to speak with some one in charge, she said she was a manager and hung up the phone.. shameful

Awful customer service and follow though. Had them out for a quote in July , they were quick to come out to see what needed serviced , once they found out it was job they didn't want they never returned any phone calls or had the decency to even call me with a quote or pass. I called the store more then 3 times . First time the guy who did the quote was on vacation for 2 weeks and he didn't finish the quote before he left , second time he was back from vacation but still hasn't done it . I had to physically go into the store where they informed me they were going to "pass" on the job and just didn't bother to call me to tell me. This left me waiting months for service they didn't want to do. Seems this company only wants the quick buck and if they can't make a killing off of you they just move on. I understand if they didn't want the job ; but Atleast communicate with customers so you don't leave them waiting for months for something you won't ever do and allow them the chance to hire someone who wants to work. Asked for a manager or owner to call me back and never received a call, always told they are "in the field or on vacation" The pool season here isn't that long and they wasted over a month of mine with me waiting to hire them .

Highway robbery price gouging. I would not recommend this place unless it is an absolute emergency for parts. I hate getting charged 350% above what the normal price is for replacement parts.I will not ever buy anything from this establishment again!

It was my first time in the store. Everyone was really nice and extremely helpful. Even though they were rather busy they had plenty of staff there to help you so that you didn't have to wait just and you didn't feel like you had to rush because someone else was waiting

Stopped in for parts for a Polaris pool cleaner. It's nice having a local brick and mortar to get parts vs mail order from a larger company.
