I never had any problems with any PNC every single PNC in my area i have enter ,i was always greeted by my name and always treated like i was important

easy to use automated answering system. it only took one button press to be put on hold. they answered within 30 seconds. even though they weren't able to help me, they provided me with a company, phone number and address that could. excellent customer service. thanks
